Jack & Rascal's

My favorite favorite place to bring my baby if her mobile groomer isn't available or if she needs a nail trim! A good price, quick and the staff is the BEST! Such great personalities and my baby is never scared to go there. She's usually scared to go everywhere.

They have a big selection of dog food and treats and chews. Their dog food is more of the higher end food.

We've taken 2 dog for services there for about 16 years. The customer service has always been outstanding. I was happy that they recommended more shots when Jack, our maltipoo, was a puppy. He was rescued after he lost and eye at 3 month. He had to be groomed. We were liberal about how they groomed him, with the exception of his tail. We were always pleased because he looked like gentlemen Jack! Frankie our Chiweenie, in picture just gets his nails trimmed. He was a rescue and sadly was abused by a male as a puppy. He was comfortable with their male nail groomer.

I normally have had a great experience taking either on of my dogs in for a nail trim. But my Russell/Corgi has a lot of anxiety about having her nails trimmed. I brought her in specifically to have the dew claw nails trimmed as they bother her. They brought her out and said that they couldn't get all of them done because she wouldn't let them. I stupidly assumed they'd at least gotten the dew claws done as that's what I said she needed the most, so I didn't check. After paying and tipping, I've discovered they didn't do the dew claws at all. I'll go elsewhere from now on, thanks.

We've used Jack & Rascal's for all our grooming needs for 7 years. Prices have gone up quite a bit the past few years, but I can't complain too much because our boys receive such wonderful care. Alicia is by far the most skilled and loving groomer we've had. One of my pups has a lot of anxiety, and some groomers early on left him wiped out and not himself the rest of the day. At Jack & Rascal's with Alicia, both of my guys come home handsome and wagging! They look best a couple weeks after, but we can go 8 weeks before a cut and they still look great even shaggy,

As a new puppy parent, I thought I could rely on the staff here to guide us through the requirements for our first grooming appointment. We showed up and were immediately turned away for him not having enough shots (he's had all the shots his vet will give him for his current age). They couldn't actually tell us what he's missing, according to them, because hey just said to bring him back when he's had "more and a booster". Unless you're a puppy expert, this business will jerk you around and waste your time. We'll give him a bath and trim at home and we will not return to this business.Since Yelp won't let me respond to the comment from the business, I want to point out that there was absolutely no "detail" provided. The fact that the business owner is arguing with this is another reason why I won't be back...

The environment is friendly and very clean. Employees are super friendly and helpful as well. Groomers are very kind and caring with their customers pets. I 100% recommend you goto this store for grooming. Their pet supplies part is also very wide in variety when it comes to pet beds, toys, chews and food.

This place is run by people with huge hearts and who truly love dogs. They are always kind to my dogs and me. Their prices are fair, and their selection of food and products is wide! Top-notch! I always feel welcome here, and I have the peace of knowing they're going to take great care of my precious babies.

Took Belle in. Yvonne did a wonderful job on Bella. Thought I'd have to wait till after the holidays to get her groomed. Yvonne took her on Sunday and did an amazing job. Thank you so much. I will continue to use Jack and rascals moving forward. That is where I took my Kuki all of her life.

I came here for the first time and feel relieved about everything! The staff are amiable and patient with me. I had many questions about my two huskies puppies. They gave them grooming, and they loved it and fresh, but they were anxious and anxious about bathing, which is normal. Give them an awareness ahead of time. I will bring them once a month to get used to it and reduce the anxiety. I'm grateful for them! I highly recommend this place! Thank you for that!
