J-Bit Tech

My old laptop died and I took it to J-BIT Tech. Throughout the time they worked on it I dealt primarily with Adrian and Jessica. Every step of the way they kept me apprised of their progress. I never had to chase them down to find out what was going on. The work they do is exemplary and it was a pleasure to do business with a company that still understands the meaning of good customer service. I Would highly recommend them for any computer issues you might be having!

WOW!! Josh is amazing. When I started my business six years ago I hired an IT company to set up my internet and firewall. Not only did it cost a fortune, but it took them several hours to figure it out. Josh, on the other hand, got this all set up at my new location in less than an hour. He was able to put my work computer and credit card terminal on the firewall, and then also have public wifi for my guests. He also gave me excellent advice on how to boost the wifi signal if needed. When I first called Josh about this project he came to my business and talked through everything, which really set my mind at ease. That was a couple of weeks ago, and today was the install. He showed up on time and got everything done super efficiently. And under budget!To top it all off, Josh has a stellar personality. He's super down-to-earth and friendly, and answered even my most basic questions without a trace of the condescending arrogance that I've had from other IT companies.If I could give six stars I would!

I had a great experience with J-Bit Tech. I've been a serious software developer for decades, but my understanding of IT administration is not as strong as my development skills. Josh had me covered. We set up my Mac Mini in an hour. It would have taken at least 2-3 hours for me to do it myself, and from walking through everything I would have made a couple of key mistakes at it. Glad J-Bit Tech is right down the street.

Josh and J-bit Tech support both our offices and my personal family computer and networking needs. We can count on him to help refurbish old computers and keep the new ones in top shape!
