This review is for repair of a swimsuit in Aug 2022.Izzy is super friendly and does very professional work, and the location on Menaul is easy to find.Super grateful to have a family owned tailor shop available like this. Reminds me of my grandfather's tailor shop back in the day.

After my tailor retired, I tried several people that didn't work out. I saw Izzy's sign and pulled in. I've been using his services for the past 5 years and am quite pleased. Izzy has reasonable prices and a quick turnaround. Of course the quality of his work is fantastic. I highly recommend Izzy

Impressed! These guys are quick and thorough. Customer service is very friendly and personal. Got my Tux and pants that I bought online tailored to fit for $40 bucks and done in 3 days. Looks great on me.

Izzy is the best Taylor in town, bar none. He has done excellent work and charges fair prices. I highly recommend this shop!

I had a day notice for a formal event and I needed to get my suit dry cleaned the same day. I went to a couple other places and they weren't helpful at all. I ended up calling Izzy's Tailor Shop and the gentlemen who answered (who I believe is the owner) said he could do it for me no problem. They closed at 4 pm and stayed extra late until 8:30 pm when I received the call that it was all finished. I couldn't be happier with my experience here and highly recommend to anyone who needs tailoring or dry cleaning. They are amazing!

Each and every time I've taken clothes here, they have given a date they would be ready.. Each time I've gone to pick them up, they are never finished.Last time I went to drop off my husbands pants, another gentlemen came to pick up his clothes and he too had the same problem!! So, I was told my husbands clothes would be ready Monday. This time I called and he said they weren't done and that I could pick them up at6.I told him I would get them on Tuesday.Tuesday I went to get them and they still weren't finished!!Time to find a new alteration place!

I have had repairs and alterations done here before. Never had an issue. At times the work looked rushed but was always completed when promised no matter the complexity. However this time, all I needed was some patches sewn on a custom leather vest. I went to pick it up on the day it was promised to find several patches sewn on incorrectly, in the wrong places, even after I showed them pictures of the correct placement, having taped the patches in the correct locations AND after he pinned them in the correct place before I left the shop. NOW, I have holes in my custom leather vest where the patch had to be moved. It took an additional two days to get the work completed. Thankfully I didn't need the vest until a few days after. I won't say the best is ruined, but the the patches shouldn't have had to be moved after the great lengths I went to show their placement. I will not refer or use this shop again for any sort of work; tailoring, repairs or otherwise. Honesty is always key. If you know the job will be difficult or it's too complicated to do with your existing equipment, say so, and I'll thank you for your honesty and go some place else. Now I have a 600 plus dollar custom vest with holes that shouldn't have been there.

I took in an wedding outfit to have sleeves added to blouse and pants hemmed. Pants were hemmed satisfactorily. I was told outfit would be down 2 weeks after taking in items. Two weeks later, when in to check, nothing had been done. Another 2 weeks, received a call to come in for a fitting, sleeves had been done that day. (this is now 1 month after items dropped off). After another week, I picked up my items and found someone else to finish in 24 hours. I do not recommend any custom tailoring from this business, especially for women's clothes. Total numbers waiting on Izzy's Tailor Shop, 32 days, promised time: 14 days. :(

The gentleman who owns Izzy's and does the alterations is super nice, professional, and does great work at reasonable prices. I've had him do several alterations for me and will continue to use him when needed in the future!
