It's so rare to find a vegan place that satisfies every person in my little family, especially now that we have a kiddo. This was AMAZING!We got the special, which was an Indian Taco made with potato's, kale, beans, red chile, and squash on fry bread. OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD!We got the waffle for the little, and it is packed with all the healthy things but still taste like a sweet treat-- she LOVED it, and so did we. Lastly, we got the fry bread plate, kinda like the taco but with less stuff on it. 10/10 recommend and WILL be back!

We're always looking for places with good vegan food and Itality did not disappoint us. The "Whole Enchilada" made for a substantial and tasty lunch and fueled me up for a lengthy bike ride later in the afternoon. The place is super casual -- order at the counter and they bring the food out when it's ready. Service was prompt the day we were there. There aren't many tables inside, but if the weather is nice there are as twice as many outside. Ordering take away might be a better option for many customers.

This is a tiny little vegan place near the Indian cultural center in Albuquerque. I am a bona fide carnivore, so I had to keep an open mind on coming here. The place is tiny with only a few tables lining the walls, but it does have several tables outside. You ordered the counter and they will bring the food to your table. There's not much to the decor, but it's nice enough with some live plants. We ordered the Blue Corn Amaranth Waffles with berry compote, the Avocado Zorah Bayla Toast, and the Italian NDN Taco. While the textures could take a non-vegan person some getting used to, all the flavors were spot on and delicious!

The first time I went here, I got the enchilada plate and didn't like it at all, as it was very dry and not very flavorful, same with the corn bread, even though the ingredients and place were up my alley- vegan, healthier, and the chance to support an indigenous owned place. This time, I loved my fry bread topped with black beans, veggies, and an amazing creamy garlic sauce so much. The frybread was so fresh and tasty and not oily like they usually are- it really did seem healthier. It is a tiny place, but nice light ambience. Staff have been nice. The prices are kind of all over the place- some things seem reasonable, others like the tamale plate seem high. After my last visit, I'm excited to go back!

Fresh, healthy, tasty. I had the salad with the falafel. It's was very good! I also ordered an iced tea. It seemed sweet, which was a treat but I really prefer unsweetened tea. Selections are limited. Especially the drinks. I also sampled the almond raspberry cookie, it was divine. I'm sold, I'll be back !

I AM STUFFED! This food was absolutely delicious and I would eat more but there is no room in my tummy. This is small venue with outdoor seating and very limited indoor seating. You go in and read the menu on the wall and then place your order. They bring the food to your table. When I tell you that the seasoning on the tamale was Everything!? It was everything! I ate the tamale first to save the waffle for a dessert. It did not need the syrup at all. I still have over half the waffle to take with me. It was so so delicious. My friend and I looked at one another in amazement at just so how good this little unassuming restaurant food is. I asked if somebody's Grandma was in the back cooking because it's that good.

I will preface my review by saying before I walked in, I thought it was going to be vegan Italian food. So I guess I was expecting pasta dishes, and that kind of stuff. This is a really cute, casual, counter service restaurant, that offers New Mexican and Pueblo style foods. I wasn't really sure what to get, so I got a feast bowl. It was quinoa, kale, and garbanzo beans. I wish it had more flavor, and maybe a sauce. It wasn't bad, I just don't know if I would go out of my way to get it. I think next time I will try a different dish.

We went for a belated Mother's Day outing and ordered the gf breakfast tacos and a quinoa bowl and washed them down with a prickly pear lemonade. We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and flavor. The server was attentive and helpful, and the outdoor patio was extremely quiet and serene.

Visited this place for the first time back in September and had a lovely experience. I'm not so sure Arrived about 5:30pm for an early dinner. The only item that they were out of was the waffles. They serve breakfast all day but we were focused on dinner type food. For a group of 4 we got one large nachos to share. My partner and I split an Ital NDN Taco and a Whole Enchilada. Our companions, with smaller appetites, got the daily stew (bean based) and a one-tamale plate. Turned out to be a ton of food! It was all really yummy and we did bring home the leftover to turn into a future breakfast. Very fun to get an indian taco at a vegan spot. The chile was flavorful but not very spicy. We also got the tea, both black and herbal. They were fine but nothing to write home about. There are not a lot of tables, a few inside and a few outside, but we were happy with our outdoor seating arrangement. Although it faces a parking lot, it wasn't too busy and it was nice to not be alongside a road. The service was great. One person taking orders who was very friendly and able to answer all our questions, who was also the person that brought our food to us outside. Overall we'd happily return again and again. The main limiting factor for me is the hours - they are open 10-5 Weds-Sun, so if you want dinner it's gotta be pretty early!

The cashier reminded me of Lyanna Mormont, the courageous Game of Thrones character played by actress Bella Ramsey. She greeted us and efficiently took our order of ten people. See the photos of flavorful, colorful, authentic dishes with names like Sacred Salad, Jemez or Hey Miss Enchilada, and OG Nachos. I loved the Berry Blessed smoothies. They also offered fresh juice. My Chia chocolate pudding hit the spot!
