This restaurant was a super fun experience! So many types of food to try and enough to share for a table (party of four for our dinner). We had so many things but my favorite were the sticky rice in lotus leaf, salt and paper shrimp, and the baked egg tart. My girlfriend liked the daikon cake. All of the entrees were delicious, especially the chow main chicken. The service and ambiance excellent!I will definitely come here again!

I miss the dim sum carts rolling between tables and explanations of items in carts. The food is flavorful. See photos.

IT DIMSUM, such a wonderful surprise! Before we moved to Albuquerque five years ago, we live just outside of Boston. Boston has a wonderful Chinatown where we came to be great lovers of dim sum.Although there were some amazing food here, Albuquerque is not exactly known for its Asian cuisine. I can't believe that we waited so long to come and try this place. The restaurant is clean, the services is quick, friendly and efficient. The food is ordered from a visual menu and delivered hot to your table as it becomes ready. We will be back. If you've never tried it, dim sum is a little bit like Chinese tapas. Mostly small plates of yummy little delectables. If you try it, you'll be hooked just like we are. Enjoy!

Visiting fam in ABQ and craving some dim sum. Ordered a few baseline standards to see how it compares to the Bay.We ordered shrimp dumplings; sui mai (pork dumpling); chicken feet; beef rolled noodle; beef chow fun (dry fry); pork with duck egg porridge; deep fried pork dumpling; pork spareribs, and steamed egg yolk buns (this is our favorite with the "pineapple" topping). I have to say, for ABQ this place was pretty good. It was pretty close to Bay Area standards but it was just missing that extra oomph. Maybe a bit more black bean sauce on the chicken feet and ribs. A little thicker consistency on the porridge. A little more time in the fryer for the deep fried pork dumpling. Little things like that would put it over the edge to fantastic! The wait staff was friendly and the ambiance nice and casual. Overall, it was pretty good so we will be coming back when we're in the area. $72 for 4 people without tip is pretty good!

I really liked IT Dimsum! Being in ABQ where Chinese food options are a bit limited, I appreciated IT Dimsum offering certain dimsum dishes for me to enjoy.Sure, it's not a place that offered so many dimsum options. Sure, there's no push carts for you to see and pick what you want. However, at least there are some dimsum staple dishes like rice noodles, lotus wrapped steam sticky rice, egg tarts, buns, shumai, fried turnip cakes and hagao for me to enjoy...while feeling nostalgic about all the cool dimsums I could get in Chinatown of a large metro city. The place is clean, prices are decent and not decorated like a typical Chinese restaurant. But it's good that it had plenty of parking spots for all the shops in the same area and the staff was nice.

Had lunch there on a Friday. No waiting and good service. Had egg rolls, a pork bbq bun, shrimp dumpling and chive dumplings. All were good though we probably preferred the chive dumpling the most. The barbecue pork only had a mild flavor the the shrimp dumplings came close together in the serving dish so they all stuck together. Overall enjoyable.

One of our greatest pleasures is to return to an outstanding restaurant repeatedly. Welcome to this week's report by Manana Cafe. The VA Creative Writing Group boys have returned to our favorite New Mexico dim sum restaurant. Some dim sum restaurants have the service staff wheel around carts, and the diner selects delicacies themselves. The server brings around a laminated menu and marker at IT Dim Sum. Patrons circle the items they want and the number of helpings. Magically, it all shows up. We love this place and know you will, too. Great food, helpful wait staff, and some attractive interior decor. We have been there for dance days and recommend them highly. I've eaten at lots of small hole in the wall Dim Sum spots for breakfast / brunch. From NYC to San Francisco. I'm use to very inexpensive dim sum for a large amount. I grew up in northern Jersey so access to Dim Sum in NYC was very easy. My favorite spot was in Flushing, NY. ANYWAY! Now, when I see Dim Sum, I find restaurants over charge for tinnnnyyyy amounts of dumplings. Here they charge a lot for 3 to maybe 4 dumplings....and they don't taste "out of this world". The dumplings are just okay.So if it's delicious dumplings you're looking for I would recommend Tasty Noodles & Dumplings on San Pedro. IT DIMSUM is quite overpriced for tiny portions. I wish I could share my dim sum experience virtually so people understand what a true dim sum experience is like.

Love the dim sum and the variety it provides. We lived in las cruces and often there's no good Chinese food close by. When we came across this, it satisfy all aspects of our craving for Cantonese dim sum. Service is swift and efficient! Ambiance is casual and comfortable.. you will definitely not be disappointed..
