Isleta Resort & Casino Thanksgiving Visit - A Disappointing Experience Our experience at the Isleta Resort & Casino during our Thanksgiving visit was quite disappointing. Initially, the valet service seemed promising, offering car chargers and assuring us that our electric vehicle would be charged without any additional fee. However, upon checking in, we discovered they had no chargers on-site and there was no valet outside. We had to go to the front desk, where they directed us to the valet booth, and we were finally assisted. At 10:30 pm, I called the front desk to inquire about spa services. A young woman named Ashley informed us that we could find the information online or downstairs. I requested if a spa menu could be brought to our room, but she mentioned they were busy, and I would have to wait. Curiosity got the better of me, and I walked down the corridor to the lobby, only to find it empty. I returned to the room and waited until 11 pm to call back, reminding them of our wait. Ashley explained that they were very busy and understaffed. I mentioned that I hadn't seen anyone in the lobby, and she clarified that valet handled such matters.Overall, the lack of hospitality was underwhelming. We may consider staying at my favorite spot, Hotel Andaluz, next time.

We stayed at the RV resort and dined at Embers Steak & Seafood Restaurant.The food was fabulous! The atmosphere was charming and our server, Khaila Zunie, was exceptional; making our dining experience a delightful 5 star evening.

Only problem I really had here was the older man pool attendant. Asked him a question about towels and he was pretty rude about telling me the process. Went to dinner and then went back to swim. He tossed the towels at my daughter in an aggressive manner. I was about to let him have it but I kept my cool and just walked away. Why does Isleta hire people like this with no people skills whatsoever? I'm sure that man hates his job. I hope he has a better day tomorrow...

This is your typical casino "resort". Looks all glitzy on the outside but worn on the inside. I liked all the restaurant servers and bar tenders. The valet personnel were excellent with our car and luggage. As usual, don't visit these on the weekends they are extremely crowded. I loved the attached golf course and the staff

Great find as the price was absolutely a great value. The casino is ample and clean. The rooms are clean and we just loved the mattress. Location was a bit further south of I40 and Old Town but not soo far that you are isolated. The rooms are clean and the staff is super super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Next visit to Albuquerque we definitely will stay here at Isleta.

We enjoyed our stay at Ysleta. The room and bed was very comfortable. The one issue we had was the lighting. It was more ambient lighting which is not suitable for snowbirds. The TIWA restaurant was excellent along with the service.

GOOD: front desk HOTEL Andrea , and Gwen gave phenomenal service made sure I was comfortable that I had the best room that if I needed any upgrades, whatever I needed in supplies and just all around very friendly smile made me welcome. I give both these ladies props and hope the hotel casino sees this and gives them a pat on the back, shakes their hand and upgrades them within the casino hotel . This is who you want to see at the desk after you fly many hours on a plane and come from the airport . They care of all their job they care about the people. Everything was good because of them. The casino was good. I was there on weekdays not as many people, but they have a nice little poker room. I was actually in a tournament got to the final table. We chopped. The profit was very good for me. I also won some good money on the slots, but did not win at the table games. I'm from Chicago and the casinos are very tight there. This wasn't too bad. I didn't see any big jackpots, but you can win money here. The people were most friendly to that were coming to the casino to play, especially the poker room. Everyone good to me everyone in the casino that worked was good friendly. Plenty of parking outdoor pool, hot tub and also in my room had a hot tub and a shower . TV was really big in the room lots and lots of space and a mini fridge . Casino look great the lobby area, the hotel perfect things to do there a few restaurants, but everything does close earlier due to the traffic that comes in there . BAD: i've seen this in other reviews. The place is not full of bugs. I did not itch. I did not get bites, but I can say that the staff does not fully clean the rooms perfectly. I found what looks to be boogers dried up on the wall, each room from the toilet room to the bathroom to the living room. There was a lot of marks knuckles in the wall cracks very outdated. I'm surprised when it's a casino hotel they should be the best why not upgrade and make the rooms look as great as the rest of the building.. When I come here again when I come out here, yes I'm not living here so I don't care how outdated it is like the shower. I know they're not cleansing the water so it's very hard water so much calcium bleaching the walls the floor, the on and off switch. . Do I take a chance going somewhere else not needed I'm not gonna live in the room, but that's all the bad I have is that it's very outdated and ownership should do something about it. They should walk through the rooms and really see what's going on that it needs to be painted and needs to have walls fixed handles to the shower and other places rehang towels are very loose. . I would normally give the hotel room like a 1 because of that, but since the two ladies at the front desk, they made it better and the casino made it better so I'm not telling anyone not to come here. You should just don't think the room is fantastic ..

They cancelled on me because the "provider " called in sick. No compensation just a "okay". Super unprofessional.

Slots are rigged... set so low it's impossible to win. They promote as "entertainment" but it is not entertaining when the machines consistently payout so little on the bonuses. May go thru 100 to 150 spins with absolutely no bonuses. PITIFUL

Shittiest bar service I've ever experienced. 3 bartenders, 14 people and at least 20 min between service. Rude attitude and horrible customer service. Waste of time
