So the view is nice but nothing crazy to where you are amazed. Stayed overnight and saw them feeding the fish at night and wow no wonder no one gets any bites they overfeed them why are they even doing that. I fished all weekend and nothing not only me but others who were staying there for the weekend. It's way over priced in my opinion it would of been worth it if we were getting bites anything to make it worth it. Also once your in you can only go to there little store they will charge you if you leave to a Walmart or something. I won't be going back anytime soon.

A pleasant surprise as the RV park was closed during our last visit to Albuquerque. Clean and very affordable. Highly recommended

Found this awesome place next to the Rio Grande. This RV park was very clean and easy parking. We didn't even need reservations. We just kept our trailer hooked up. They have water , sewage, and power on site . Also they have showers . There is also 3 fishing ponds there or mini lakes. I tried fishing for 2 days but couldn't catch anything. Still very relaxing though. ALSO IF FISHING , DO NOT BUY LICENSE FROM WALMART. You MUST buy fishing license at the gift shop that's on property due to it being on Indian land. It cost around $19 daily. Limit 5 fish if your lucky lol. Employees: Romona and Luz was awesome. Both SUPER friendly and helpful. Very sweet ladies. Thanks for being so nice. We definitely will be back if we're ever in New Mexico again!! I didn't want to leave haha

Great for catfishing! A little pricey and not very scenic around (mostly dirt). They keep the lakes stocked and is nice for a quick picnic lunch or feeding the geese.

The train goes by starting at 4:30am! It blows the horn every hour. I got no sleep. I do not recommend.

We enjoyed a little staycation getaway at the Isleta Lakes RV park in November. The weather is still temperate in NM in early November, but chilly at night. The RV park has water and electric hookups so running the heater at night kept us cozy. There are individual gravel spaces (pull through) for each site with a picnic table. Nothing too fancy, just the conveniences. The two really nice features are the lakes and the casino. The Isleta lakes is a pleasant stocked fishing spot. I'm not a fisherman, but my husband enjoyed throwing his line in the lake and visiting with friends. I enjoyed the nature and walking around the two lakes (ponds). In October and November the lakes are filled with migrating birds. I enjoyed watching geese, ducks, cranes, an egret, and even an Eagle! The eagle had scored a trout and was enjoying its snack. Alongside the RV resort there is a small range of buffalo as well. There are sun covers, but they are pretty tall and not adjustable, I recommend bringing shade or sunscreen. There is a small store on site for fishing and convenience items. For the RV park there is also a laundry and shower facility. Ff you can't stay away from work, the wifi at the RV resort is pretty decent. The casino has gambling if that is your thing, shows, and good food at the Tewa restaurant. Everything our group ordered was delicious. And, the ultimate convenience, just call the hotel concierge and they will send a free shuttle to pick you all up. Runs 24/7. They also have native dance shows, artwork, etc. for a great cultural experience. The Pueblo Market coincided with our visit so we scored some Christmas gifts and some native dancing.

Ignorant rules!!! They were on a "winter schedule" when the temperature was 90 degrees! We had family come by for dinner and visiting and were rudely told by security that they had to leave by 7:00pm. First and last time at this park! Very unfortunate because this place is close to home and would be perfect for a mini vacation!

Stayed at lake on Saturday August 13,2022. The lake itself is nice but the employee, one in particular, Pat was rude and acted like we were irritating him for asking questions about the lake and all it's rules. Was curt and down right mean. I don't think he cares about any type of customer service and had the take it or leave it attitude. Would not recommend staying here. Too many other lovely places in Albuquerque and surrounding areas to deal with horrible people.

As I go for my walks around the lakes at Isleta I stop at restrooms. Whete u find there are no paper towels in mens restrooms. This has been an issue for over 9 days now. I have told employers at the store...maintenance...security..snd even the gen mgr of "the lakes".Still ...no towels.I also have noticed ppl using charcoal grills which are restricted not for use. Brought that issue to the GM. Yet nothing been done about that either. On 2 occasions I've driven right kast security booth when NO security was there. Also...why is it they only check the temperature of the employees but not the customers going in to the lakes? If they check temps at casino...then why font they do that at lakes ?Please respond d to this post with answers. Thank you
