Lately, we have had some false alarm events, but the company never called and the police never showed up. We do have the alarm license through the city and it has always been up to date. Called to cancel, had to leave a message and they never called us back. We stopped paying the bill and THEN we get an email. No longer impressed with this company. They also give you the hard sell on signing the contracts. We are going with someone else now. Buyer beware.

very dishonest people! i was promised something that was completely false under false pretense!

We were disappointed that we've had the appointment on the calendar for a month and it was cancelled 1-1/2 hours before the scheduled time. A proposal was emailed to us, but just a bottom line of over $10,000; no detail and addressed to someone else! There were other things we asked him to quote, but didn't receive those. We were very impressed with Jason during the first appointment, but in light of recent events, we don't trust this company to buy our security system from. Would they be available if we needed them after the system was installed?
