International District Library

I stopped in to the International District Library to check out Albuquerque's newest library and finally get a library card. I've lived in Albuquerque for eight years now and getting a library card has been on my list for awhile, especially now that I'm done with college haha. The facilities are super nice, again the building is brand new. The book selection was awesome and they had a ton of new titles. Getting my card was a super easy process, I just had to fill out a paper with some basic info as well as show my I.D. and a utility bill on my phone for proof of address. That was it, quick and super easy.Staff was friendly and it was a good reminder that there are plenty of spaces around town with free wifi outside of coffee shops (not that I want to spend any less time at coffee shops. Glad to see this community space open!
