Intercity Truck & Trailer Repair

You know it's never a good situation when suddenly your car refused to start. I was stressed out and in a total shit moment when a used car that I bought suddenly decided not to start up again after it was working until the time I parked at a parking lot of a shop in center city ABQ.I called the car fixing company that I trusted (thanks to C&S Automotive) and after asking me some questions about what I could do for my car to see if it would start (it would not!), they recommended I get my car towed to their shop so they could help take a look....an that's when I looked up on Yelp and called InterCity Towing company.The operator was very kind and understanding. They took the time to politely answer the call, get some information (car type, pickup and drop off places) and give some estimates on what it might cost (REALLY reasonable by the way)...and time it would take to dispatch the towing truck to the place I got stucked (less than 30 min away by the way!).Before 30 minutes passed, Rusty showed up all smiley and friendly. He was quick to determine how to get my car out of the parking lot...let me be a kid to even play with his truck to up and tow my car onto his truck a bit..and poof..we were on the way to my preferred carshop. He was friendly (I learned he has been driving/towing for the past 17 years!!...and talked about some towing drives that he had to make interstate to Florida, etc, too...dang what a life!!!) and genuine and I was very happy I picked InterCity Towing and thankful that I had Rusty who was totally a sweetheart guy to help make me feel like my car situation was well taken care of. At the drop off, he also helped talk to my car shop and pointed out some issues he saw with my car in case the car shop could see if there was a problem with it, too. Thank you!...I'm very thankful for Rusty's service and kindness!Thank you! I hope I never get to be in a towing situation again...but if in an unfortunate situation that I needed my car to be towed again in greater ABQ area, Inter City will be my one and only one choice again!

While on our way from San Diego to Denver our U-Haul trailer attached to the U-Haul truck broke down. My wife and I were in the middle of nowhere an hour south of Albuquerque, NM when the wheel bearing broke and the trailer was just about to catch fire. We rushed off the freeway and I jumped out of the truck grabbing my irreplaceable co-pilot (dog Kobe) thinking there was something on fire inside the truck. A few good samaritans pulled off behind and helped us get to their house across the freeway. When we arrived in a safe location we called the emergency roadside assistance provided by U-Haul and they set up everything for us through Intercity Towing. They arranged for a truck to come and get my SUV off the U-Haul trailer and tow it to a hotel in Albuquerque. I knew it would be a while wait but we found comfort in knowing that someone was coming for us at 10pm in a tiny town that was hard to locate. A couple hours later (by no fault of Intercity) our tow truck arrived. We saw the truck get off the exit and noticed he couldn't find us. I (half asleep feeling like a scene from Titanic) started flashing my headlights and we were saved! He saw us and came over immediately! That's when we met our knight in shining armor, Josh! Josh jumped out of the truck all smiles and acted like it was no big thing to drive an hour plus outside of town to come rescue us in the cold! He immediately came up with a plan how to get my car and the broken trailer out of the good samaritans driveway and told us everything he was doing every step! Knowing we were coming from a warm climate and standing in the freezing cold of night he told us many times that we were welcome to sit it the warm vehicles while he worked. After moving trucks, trailers, and cars back and forth in the driveway Josh had everything set and told us to head to the hotel where he would drop off my car. 30 minutes after we checked in he showed up and told me he was outside (now after midnight and a 17.5 hour travel day for us). By the time I got outside Josh took my keys and pulled my car off the flatbed and right into the space next to my U-Haul truck. Unfortunately I don't carry cash often but at this time I wished I had $500 with me because Josh deserved way more than I was able to give him! While I don't live in the area and honestly hope to never need a towing service in this area again, I am am so happy to recommend Intercity after this experience! They turned a terrifying experience around and made us feel safe and comfortable! Thanks so much Intercity Towing and our savor, Josh!!

Broke down on our way from California to Connecticut. Luckily we had Geico insurance and they found us Intercity. They arrived within a couple hours and the driver ( which I wish I knew his name). Was great. He told us where to bring it for repair. He was great. We paid him and our insurance paid us back.

Very responsive it only took 25 minutes after the call to come tow our vehicle. Nice guy and AFFORDABLE!!!

Pulling my teeny tiny house trailer to Santa Fe. I must have burned a bearing--saw smoke then tire popped. Stuck on the very busy 45 interchange. I couldn't get out at all. Talked to Chris at InterChange and he graciously sent Josh out to unhook my trailer and put it on his flatbed. Josh was so kind! I am a senior single adventurous woman! They are taking my Vardo to an RV Repair shop near by! I'll sleep there till the open in the AM! Gods willing they can fix the bearing for me, and it won't cost me an arm and a leg!

Callled and they showed up within 20 minutes also the price is reasonable and they accepted my insurance roadside assistance with out any questions

InterCity has did nothing but do great work and make ETAs as well as wonderful service work. Its a good value for the service that your receive so please dont hesitate to book.

This company is a joke! I tried to get some Afterhours help. They didn't even want my business, I was more than willing to pay the extra cost and they acted like they didn't even care.

I rented a U-Haul and auto transport trailer. While loading my pickup on the trailer, it didn't stop at the stops and drove over, landing on the arm that's connected to the uhaul. Not a good scene. Rusty showed up with a flatbed with no idea how he was gonna do it, but was determined. I am amazed at how he did it. No damage to either vehicle. I can't thank you enough for rescuing us and getting us going again. Stellar service all around!

I hit a patch of black ice going east bound i40 on 3/21 I lost control of my car and got stuck in the middle of i40 one of the driver Marcos was driving wast bound and say that I was stuck so he pulled over to check on me. He then invaded with me until another one of his coworkers could get there because he had a truck hooked up on the back of his vehicle. I'm so thankful that he stopped to make sure I was ok. I will never use a different company.
