Natasha has been cutting my hair for over 2 years and I loved it every time! She listens and understands exactly what the client wants and needs. She has helped me transition from over-processed, dry and brittle hair to beautiful natural silver glory! Thank you Natasha! Photo was taken over a month have last cut.

I got my hair done here and it took almost 5 hours to get a balayage. the girl doing my hair wouldn't stop talking to me.

Giving this establishment a one star is paying them a incredibly generous evaluation. I paid a deposit on a haircut and color on a Friday the 24th and my appointment was set for 9am on the 28th. On the 27th around or about 9 pm on the 27th I was emailed that they wanted to move my appointment to 1pm on the 28th and I was happy to accommodate because I had enough time to notify my place of employment. I was then asked for a photo of my current hair style and a photo of the hair color and style I desired. As you will see my hair and what I desired where not so far off. I was emailed shortly after within minutes of sending my photos that my cut and color appointment was not available due to someone being sick. I completely understand with the current pandemic related issues this can happen and as Natasha inform me she tested positive for COVID that the cancellation was necessary for my protection. I then had my appointment changed by Indigo for a third time to 9am within 12 hours of my appointment. I contacted Natasha and let her know that I was not able to make my appointment due to the erratic scheduling Indigo practices because my work couldn't cover my shift as I work in the medical field and we are short staffed. I was then notified I would be charged the 24 hour cancellation fee of $25. I found this most disturbing considering I was willing to accommodate this establishments volatility in regards to scheduling. I explain my situation and how it made no sense that I was held to some cancellation fee because they couldn't hold themselves to any standard that they expected of me the customer when I had my appointment changed three times within less then 12 hours of my appointment. The end of the review is simple this company has next to no moral compass or empathy that it expects to be given. I felt that I would spare anyone the time looking for a ethical place to get a haircut or even be treated with some decent common Courtesy.

All of the staff are super welcoming and friendly! Going to the salon feels like a non scary place when I am here! The atmosphere is so cute and the owner is so amazing ! Every stylist knows what they are doing ! It's a refreshing time each time I come in !

Araceli gave me a cut and color last Saturday and it was honestly the best salon experience I've ever had. I wasn't very sure of what I wanted to do, but Araceli took the time to talk to me and figure out a great plan for my hair based on my wants and lifestyle. She really took her time and it was such an enjoyable experience. My only complaint is it was pricey, but the quality is great so you definitely get what you pay for. If I didn't live so far away, this would be my go-to salon for sure!!

I love this salon! My stylist, Araceli, was super knowledgeable and nice, my hair turned out amazing! I highly recommend visiting her!

If I could I will give this hair studio negative stars. I went for bayalage. All looked good at first but just after the first hair wash, the problem started. "Aria" had over processed my hairs to an extent that they are falling apart that I got scared that I'm losing hairs. I went to other hair studio following month and got the hair fall under control by unfortunately Chopping my hair ends, as that was the only option. They not only fixed my bayalage & over processed hair issue but also I had spent much less than what Aria charged me. I will strongly not recommend this place to anyone.

Hairstylist, Kim had customers with appointments wait an hour long and then asked them to come back at 2 or 3 hours later. Completely disrespectful , would not recommend this place.

Went in for a haircut. I had been here once before and enjoyed the experience, but unfortunately that stylist left. I chose a new stylist and was met with a sad haircut. This stylist did not know how to properly cut hair and required another stylist to cut my hair. I was late to a separate appointment, as this hair cut took an hour and a half to finish. In addition, my hair was cut about 2 inches shorter than requested. Feeling ashamed of my haircut. Not ever a good feeling.

I booked online, which was super easy and convenient. Araceli gave me a great consultation and really wonderful advice on the style I wanted. The haircut looks amazing! She asked questions about what I wanted and gave recommendations as she was cutting. The salon was bright, clean, and pretty. I had a great experience here, and would highly recommend both the salon and Araceli.
