Requested for Celebrity Classic; my lashes started falling out the moment I turned the a/c on in my car. Called then from the parking lot; got it "fixed." Got back to my hotel, more lashes fall off. The following day, more lashes fall-off. This is the most absurd service. Spent my hard-earned $200 for this wasted investment. Please do not go to this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Visiting from Hawaii and I had gone to a place in a local shopping mall to get a lash fill -- big mistake! They glued literal false lashes to my lashes! Thankfully this place made me feel so welcomed and safe! Just like home (maybe even better, but don't tell my teach that)! So happy! Beautiful.

This place is absolutely horrible, they charged $250.00 for i lash extensions and i came out looking like a plastic doll. The lashes felt like plastic and i couldn't even comb through them. The next morning I had lost at least 1/2 of the lashes and I had an extreme eye infection when I called to report this I sent them pictures of the lashes and my eye they refused to correct it or refund my money.

I received a Groupon from my sister as a birthday gift for "Flirt eyelash extensions." This is my first experience with lash extensions. I also love that I wasn't disrespected or frowned upon for using Groupon, which I use often. Customer service is top-notch. I called during closed hours. I later got a call returning my missed call. I hadn't left a message. I immediately set up an appointment for my next availability. Before my appointment, I received text reminders of my appointment and contact information. On my appointment day, I received a text informing me that my tech had a cancellation before my appointment and was offered the opportunity to come in at an earlier time. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff.My technician (I can't remember her name!) was awesome. When I met her, she asked me for my preferences, expectations, and if I was getting lashes for a specific occasion or everyday wear. She talked throughout the process informing me of expectations and lash care. My experience was great. When I was finished I went to the counter to check out and make tax payment, plus tip. I was offered an amazing lash care set, but they unfortunately didn't have all the items on stock. I will return to get this deal. I later got a text thanking me for my business. Many businesses lack basic customer service, however, iLash Factory exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend. AND I LOVE MY LASHES!!!!!!

I'm not sure what her name was but she was an older lady I wanna say she is the owner. She was AMAZING!! This was my first time getting eyelash extensions I didn't know what to expect or what to ask for and she let me in the right direction and she left me looking better than I have ever looked in my whole life! I definitely recommend!

Horrible!!! I asked for a natural volume that would be feathery. I got a drag queen set with thick black clusters attached to individual lashes! So very disappointed with the customer service as well! Payton the owner with her mother at one time had some business acumen. These pictures are from 1 week later!

This was my first experience with getting eyelash extensions so I was really nervous about the whole process as well as the results. Chloe was my technician, first of all I want to mention she was so through explaining the whole process and everything involved as well as the upkeep and care I needed to keep my lashes looking pristine. Her energy was calming and I knew I was in good hands. The location is clean and is shared with a yoga studio which didn't bother me. The booths are divided by curtains and you have a comfortable place to lay down while they do your extensions. Chloe advised me of everything she was doing it through the process. My eyes were very watery so I was a bit of a challenge to work on. Even though it took a little longer she was patient and put me at ease. While laying there they cover your bottom lashes with collagen eye pads to prevent your lower lashes from getting the adhesive on them. At first it feels weird but after a while it actually feels nice and its good for your circles not to mention it protects you. So it's a bit tedious getting little lashes attached to your actual lashes but I was blown away by the result. I had the full set and it took about an hour and a half or so. (like I said before my eyes were pretty watery) We did a pretty natural length and even though she said it might take a little bit to adjust I felt like they were apart of me right away! In awed by the fluttery princess lashes I didn't wear a smidge of makeup for the first two weeks of having them. They're a lot of rules for keeping them pretty; sleep on your back, use makeup remover without glycol, don't pull or tug at your lashes (this seems like a pretty obvious one) and if you use mascara it has to be a certain type. I know this seems like a lot of upkeep but once you have them you'll get such a boost of confidence you won't mind. This isn't for everyone and it definitely isn't cheap but you do get what you pay for. If you want natural gorgeous amazing lashes this is the place to do it. Thank you Chloeee!!!

Man this place is a doozy! I came a couple years back and got eyelash extensions, no problems. Got tired of the maintenance and had them removed. No issues. Fast forward to 2 years later, they moved to a new location that is also a yoga studio? Weird. The booths are small and not very intimate as there are only curtains separating the technicians and you can hear everyone's conversations. My first time coming back I paid almost $200 for extensions that didn't last a week, the receptionist at the front gave me a list of dates I could schedule for a refill, which I did. When I went in for my refill, I was notified that I had 30 lashes on one eye and about 16 on the other. I started out with 75 per eye.....and took the proper precautions and maintenance for upkeep.Again, fast forward to a couple days later and I have a pretty horrid allergic reaction, my eyes are puffy and they sting when I opened them. I called to make an appointment to get them removed, and the OWNER informed me that I would have to wait A WEEK!! Because their schedule was full. Are you kidding me? My eyes are on fire and you want me to wait a week???! After arguing with her for a few minutes she agreed to "fit me in" but informed me that there will be a charge for removal as "the remover they use is VERY expensive", whatever I don't care, I agree because it feels like fire ants are living on my eyes. I go to my appointment and GUESS WHAT? The technician didn't even use a freakin "remover" she peeled off each individual eyelash with flippin tweezers!! She also told me that they use several different types of glue and that was probably what caused the reaction. And I was still charged $40 for removal. And left with my puffy, eyelash-less eyes. This place is a HUGE rip off. Eyelash extensions are cute for special occasions but go anywhere but here. BY THE WAY, they'll tell you that your lashes will fall out naturally with the extensions and that the glue isn't harmful, but every single time I've gotten eye lash extensions my natural lashes turn thin, sparse, and practically all gone!

I'm not trying to be rude or unkind however I believe my experience could've been better. My partner and I went for permanent jewelry. On the website to book, it says the average was $65 so I was expecting around there, but I understood it was not an exact $65 no matter what. A lash tech ended up doing our service as the jewelry tech didn't come, and while she was very kind, we had no idea how much it was going to be, and I was expecting around $65. It wasn't until after the service was completed that we found out how much it was. It was $250, my jaw was completely on the floor. I wish that we would have been told PRIOR how much. I am still completely in shock how much it was.
