Super easy to get an appointment, came out about 3 or 4 days after I called right before a weekend. Confirmed appointment. Young Man who did our Service was just as friendly as the person on the phone. Have all our bugs gone for good, no but they assurred us that if we need them back it's a 30 day guarantee and it made a big difference. We will use them again for sure and appreciate their Service.

They get 5 stars for having a post office. They said that they do everything the main post office does except passports. No wait. Convenient location (from my house). They didn't have international forever stamps, but oh well. It's nice not to have to wait in a super long line.I think I'll call the pest company as well.

Good service at a good price. Cleared up an ant problem with just one treatment. Like ever, they are short staffed, but they still complete our monthly treatment.

Very happy with Ibug guy. I called them for my quarterly pest control since Terminix was no longer meeting my needs. They came out and sprayed sometime in February and addressed some issues with a paper wasp nest. Well the ants came out early May they returned and sprayed again with no charge. Phenomenal customer service by the technician Logan. If you need bug service they are your solution. Cheers to you!

Joseph came out to our new house within a week of me notifying him. After his first treatment we had a mass die off of roaches. He was prompt and friendly and we will definitely use him again.

Joe does a great job of getting rid of all kinds of pests. I was having a lot of centipedes in and around my home but after he sprayed they were gone and I never saw another one. This past month I'd been having spiders almost everyday but after he treated the inside of my home - gone. I love the safe and effective treatment he uses! Definitely recommend!!

We moved back to NM two years ago and were recommended this company for bug spraying. We will absolutely never use another company. First of all, Sean (I hope I'm spelling it right), our sprayer? The NICEST, most RESPECTFUL young man ever. He always answers my incessant questions, is in and out quickly and so, so polite. And I've recently been dealing with Joe, the owner. We brought bed bugs back from somewhere and they are ALL I can focus on. I've been on the phone multiple times with Joe with questions and concerns and he has given me every single option. He could have easily upsold me on what I need to do and put the fear of God into me about what could happen if I didn't do the most expensive thing possible. He did neither of those things and let me know exactly what I could do if I chose to take care of the bugs myself (I chose to stick with the professionals). The company is family owned, honest and so kind. I recommend them to absolutely everyone I know. LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

Fantastic, friendly service. We called after another company wanted to force us into quarterly sprayings, and yet another had cancelled our appointment the day before after a 6 week out booking. He came the next day, was personable, and did a great job. Top notch!
