*****New ownership sadly - Not a fan at all.Being required to sign a new contract for Rv storage "in person" after just signing (2 months ago) when we pre-paid a one year in advance lease w/previous owners. Wasted 1.5 hours Saturday meeting their unnecessary demands. Can't sign by US postal mail, won't allow email signature, docu-sign or any other convenient means. Because apparently everyone can't be trusted unless they are standing in office and signing. What a disappointment. What a waste of time.They don't care.

I called I25 RV-Boat Self-Storage to ask about getting a spot for our RV. Susan was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me detailed info on the spots and availability. When I stopped by, she was just as pleasant as she was on the phone and showed me what was available. The sign up and payment process was easy. I got the covered spot and later found out that it has an outlet! They also have water, air and dump station on the right as you pull in. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the spots are narrow enough that you have to partially pull out your RV to open the door, especially if you have the newer pull down steps.
