We called because of an emergency replacement of water heater and they were there the next morning. I can't remember the young man's name and I'm upset because he was nice and efficient. The Scotts

I do not recommend this business I waited two days for the installation and called second day in afternoon to have them cancel on me. As soon as the lady answered the phone her very unprofessional care or consideration in your situation and then hearing children screaming in the background I knew it was not going to go well with this company and when the gentleman called and didn't even know what was to be installed after I waited two weeks for installation I knew this company wasn't going to end well, unfortunately Lowes uses this company to install and had to go with a new company. It turned out better in the end anyways, buyer beware.

Loved this place, they were very fairly priced. I-Deal Hvac has very good customer service and they definitely helped us out a lot. We needed heating and AC installed in the house, they did a really professional and clean job. They even helped recommend another contractor for a separate job that needed done and the contractor was great. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get AC or heating installed in your home.

So good! They replaced my water heater, updated everything to current code, and explained how to use it correctly. The water heater was high quality at a reasonable price. They even gave me a partial deferred payment option since I had just lost my husband 5 months earlier. they were so kind. Also sent message about when they would arrive with a picture of the employee so I knew who was coming and when. This is not Ideal Plumbing. That is a different company. Look for I-Deal hvac. You will not be disappointed. They even removed the old and cleaned up the site after the job was complete.

Mo, Manuel, and their team were very professional and did a great job with my new water heater and complete re-plumbing of my house. I was very impressed that they are local and not some big corporation. Their team is very punctual and got the emergency done quickly. I highly recommend them over any other billboard/TV add company.

Kenneth installed a water heater for me. He was excellent, prompt, courteous, informative, and efficient.

The technician was able to complete the job of connecting the water to two of my evaporative coolers after dealing with both of my hose bibs which leaked when they were turned on. Magically he repaired the frost free bib so that it worked. I-Deal HVAC technicians are always striving to find an answer while being kind and professional. I recommend this company to anyone needing their services.
