My house furnace would not turn on Monday AM. I called around and everyone was booked out 7-10 days. HVAV Logistics said they would come out late on Wednesday. Even though they were extremely busy, they showed up at 7pm and quickly found the problem and fixed it. I'm so grateful this company went the extra mile to help out my wife and I. I would HIGHLY recommend giving HVAC Logistics a holler for any of your home heating/ cooling issues!

My furnace blower has been acting up for a few months, and then finally died completely. I had called around, and was very unhappy with the service I received from multiple other companies. Everything from not having my call returned to not showing up when promised. I was talking about it at work, and this company was recommended to me by a coworker. I called, and got a response and an appointment almost right away. The repairman who came to originally diagnose the issue was very quick to diagnose the blower motor as the issue. My furnace is 40 years old, and, despite a large amount of effort on the part of the company, a replacement part couldn't be found. Instead of just telling me "can't find it", I got an explanation as to why. Mark got all the information about my house and existing set-up, and gave me options on a replacement unit. I went with his recommendation, and it was installed four days later. Everyone in this company was fabulous, from start to finish. The person answering the phone, Mark (obsensibly the owner), the installers and the original technician were all present, attentive, and listened to my needs. His installers were super friendly, quick, and made sure the job was done absolutely right. They exuded confidence and competency. So far my new furnace is quiet and strong, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely use this company every time going forward for all my HVAC needs, and would recommend them to absolutely anybody. If anything changes, I'll update this review.

Don't believe the post by Bill L; it's a fake name and review given by a person that works at MCS..which by the way has some of the worst reviews ever. That's why Costco no longer has a contract with them. Btw, the people that work at HVAC Logistics seem like very nice people! Was given a free estimate by them and were polite and professional.

What a great company to deal with. Everyone we spoke to was more than friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the Evap Cooler. They got a tech out the next day. Alexi the tech was a great guy and took care of the unit. He had to make a return trip as we thought there was another issue. When we called in for a second visit, they actually apologized they couldn't get out that day. Alexi came by the next day and it was an issue related to the plumbing, nothing to do with the unit. I felt bad having them come out for an issue unrelated to the unit. Alexi was a complete gentleman and explained what the issue was and what we need to do with our vibrating water spout. No charge, I apologized for feeling We wasted his time. He was a total gentleman and extremely helpful. GREAT COMPANY

Absolutely would recommend this company in a heart beat. I found them here on Yelp but I researched other companies and reached out to have a Nest thermostat installed. Mark ( I believe the owner) responded back right away. They would install the Nest and do a tune up check on my unit for under $100. I just bought the house in May but still live in Chicago. I called the next day and made an appointment with Sandy (wonderful lady). When I got here on 7/12, it didn't seem my AC unit was working properly. I called to let them know this may be more than just installing the Nest. Sandy set up a next day appointment for me because it's 90+ here in RR. Raphael was the tech who came the next day. What can I say? He was a great guy!! I explained to him what the situation was when I arrived and what the situation was at the present time. The house was cooler when he arrived but I thought it was the huge ceiling fans in the house. He walked around and noticed that the unit was working. My house here is much different than my Chicago home. I have a fresh air humidifier system in the house as well. He opened it up and showed me the filters were dirty. He showed me how to change them. I know the return filter was changed after the home inspection in May but not this unit. He also went up on the roof and check the coolant on the unit. He installed the Nest and we were able to get it set up and linked to my phone. He was an extremely nice man who engaged in great conversation with me and my wife. I completely recommend this company. Top notch all the way around.

I had a heater fail on me and it was only 3 years old. Called HVAC Logistics and they came out fairly fast. The fix didn't last and within a week or two it failed again. I called and they returned and fixed it without any additional charge. It runs perfectly now.I also just used them for conversions on my rental homes and they were on time, early in fact, and thorough. They were also very professional and kind. I highly recommend them.

I recently had an evaporative cooler install arranged by HVAC Logistics. The service and communication provided by Mark and his installers were excellent. The time from the estimate to install was 2 weeks, and their price for total parts+labor was a few hundred less than what a big box store's hvac contractor quoted for labor only. Mark's communication during the install was excellent. He called to let me know he was available for any concerns during the install and once again to ask how everything went when it was all over. It has rarely felt pleasant getting work done on the house big or small, but if every contractor were like Mark and his team at HVAC Logistics, I would be hiring out a lot more work to be done.

They were great!. I always get a few estimates. Mark came out and gave me a fast and good estimate. . We were very happy with their work, very professional, and would recommend them to any one interested in getting a HVAC cooling system. The team is the best. High advertised companies gave me prices much higher . I recommend them highly HVAC Logistics, can't say enough how pleased I was with their work. .
