Scammers for sure, had an issue with a dishwasher older model wasn't getting water so I bought a new control board from manufacturer for $18.00 shipped to my door, installed the 1 plug it takes (can't mess it up) i had called so they can check the water, he went to the house turned it on and said it was getting water and it's still not.. i wasn't home so who knows what he even actually did. these people wanted to charge $350.00 for control board and soap dispenser plus $100.00 to go to my house for 7-10 minutes he was there. Who in their right mind would pay $450.00 to fix an old dishwasher? $300 bucks brand new at Lowe's or Home Depot.. maybe he seen my wife and my elder landlord and tried to make a quick buck.. don't use these people they'll just try and take advantage of you.

BEWARE - I had Hugo's Appliance Repair out to check on my fridge and a leak about a month ago. After paying my $70 service fee, the tech didn't move the fridge, check anything, etc. and while pleasant enough, I was like, that was a waste of my time and money. Well, flash forward to last night, when cleaning I noticed the leak again (which spread and went behind the cutout in the wall, and snuck in an inch of space along the baseboard that didn't have caulk on it, effectively ruining my transition strip between rooms and causing warping on few boards of wood flooring in my living room. So I called them this morning to take advantage of my service visit warranty (30 days), explaining the leak was still there and caused damage, and I wanted them to check it and fix it, damage aside. After arguing with the receptionist about paying another service fee to get it checked out, and explaining what happened, she gets Hugo himself to come. I send him a video of what happened, he says, that's no problem, I'll come look at it myself this afternoon for no extra service charge and we'll see what we need to do to fix it. The fridge is already out, and he spends most of the time he's here texting with his team for an estimate for the water line fix. $270!!!! For something that costs $10 at Home Depot! So I tell him nah, I don't need ice that much, as long as the water got turned off, no need for anything else, thank you for coming out tho. All pleasant up to this point. He moves the fridge back and COMPLETELY RIPS MY FLOORING. I start freaking out and say oh my god, my floor is totally ripped!! And he ignored I said anything, finished his paperwork, and says, anything else before we head out? I'm standing there dumbfounded, and say well, what are you going to do for me because you just ripped a huge section of my floor, im gonna have to redo all the flooring in my kitchen! He says, I came to do what I needed to do, i did it, and now im leaving. I'm like, you're seriously not going to do anything for me considering now I have a huge expense? Nope, he says. Refused to even refund me my $70 service fee. We argue. So I start yelling at him to get the **** out of my house then, and I'm gonna blast him on review sites, report him to the BBB etc. and he straight up walks out. I come out after him and I'm like I seriously can't believe you're not even gonna give me my $70 back. He goes to his truck, gets the $70 and literally THROWS it at me. Says a lot about his character and how he runs his business.Moral of the story: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIR!!!

Hugo was very helpful in installing my new 65 inch curved TV, He also moved my 50 inch tV upstairs and installed it as well. Having Dish he synced all four of my TV's to the proper remote controls. His knowledge of televisions was very helpful in understanding my new K4 set. I highly recommend Hugo TV Repair.Ralph

Violent and aggressive employees that have no problem acting an outright fool in your home, including in front of your children. If youre looking for a gross overweight man who doesnt shower, wears a whole bottle of cologne, comes in cussing potential clientele out on the phone, and throws your furniture and gets aggressive with your family and pets, oh and a company that supports it, these are your guys. this is the most bottom of the barrel repair service i have ever worked with. There are so many wonderful independent contractors who excel with this kind of work and are extremely kind and respectful, use them. these guys are low lives looking to pinch a penny and go to work and take all of their insecurities and pent up anger out on random people. As this review wants me to touch on the value of the service, these people would have to pay you for it to be worth anything.

When we booked the service , we were told that it would be $95 to come out and then a charge for ordered service. When we asked the representative to look at two appliances, the price for the service call was raised to $140.

Hugo's installed a new ice maker in our refrigerator in January. It stopped working and the repairman told us it was not under warranty, which is fine. Our ice maker had become unplugged. The serviceman discovered this and was at our house under ten minutes and charged us $204.00.

I do not recommend Hugo's TV repait. They came with the necessary parts and were unable to fix our TV. We are elderly and cannot dismount the TV from the wall. Hugo charged us $120 to unclip and dismount the TV from the wall. That is excessive for 2 minutes of work

I had a tech from Hugo's come out on December 12th, I went through my Home Warranty and they chose this company. I believe it was the owner who came out to look at my dryer and fridge, as that was what he told me. He was very nice at that time and told me it would take apx 5 weeks for the parts to come in and then they would call to schedule to come fix my appliances. February comes and I still haven't heard from anyone so I called and w/i a week they call to reschedule. Feb 20 same guy comes out and was a complete ass when my husband nicely asked him to move his van so he could pull in our driveway. He yells and says "your wife just said to move it over," and stumbles out which was bs, I asked him nicely, to move to the street bc my husband was coming home and needed to use the driveway to change his breaks. He stormed back in and awhile later finished the dryer and starts working on the fridge for a few hours and then suddenly is scuffing and pissed because he didn't check the fridge door to see that it matched before replacing it, causing him to take it off and have to reorder another door. He was rude and hateful cursing that someone ordered the wrong part.. This was not our fault and we were still nice to him apologizing to him for the hassle as he stormed out the door. We discovered later that the plate that catches the water and ice to the old door which he reinstalled, was missing and just thought he took it by accident and bc he was coming back again to replace it with the the new door, we would get a new one so we left it alone. Today, March 12th same tech guy comes. Seems to be in a better mood. He spends about an hour replacing the door. When finished he shows me that the door is on but the ice maker and water dispenser makes a very loud obnoxious sound when running it. He says it could be air in the lines and tells me to call a plumber. I asked where was the plate that catches the water? He said it didn't come with one and I mentioned he had lost the one to the old fridge so I was expecting to have the new one. He advises to go to Dillards to get a new one. I told I would call the Home Warranty. A few hours later, we discover a water leak inside where the filter is, a leak inside the door he replaced and a leak under the fridge. He fixed 1 problem only to leave us with a bigger problem than when he started. I rarely leave bad reviews and this experience has left me feeling like I have no other choice as he said he was the owner so who would I complain too. I highly discourage using this company to repair your appliances. This man was very unprofessional and he clearly hates his job and took it out on us.

Sent my 65 inch Samsung to be fix I had a back light problem with the TV and after the first visit they told me they fix it took it home and as soon as I plug it in it did not work at all took it back they keep it for 3 weeks and brought it back home after they told me it was fix and it work for less then 24 hours and the same problem occurred and still don't work after paying over 300 dollars to have them fix it and still have the same problem
