House of Floors

I needed two bedrooms done and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it ended up being. They sent a sales person the day after I called to take measurements and show us samples. The installer showed up a week later, moved our furniture, ripped out the carpet and laid the new floors, and cleaned up, all in two days. The installation was very well done, cuts done properly, good alignment, baseboards reinstalled correctly. My father is a retired contractor, so I have pretty high standards for construction work, and I was very impressed. As an added bonus, they asked if we wanted them to throw away the yard waste we were bagging since they were heading to the dump anyway. Was it expensive? Sure, but quality floors will always be if they're done correctly.

We used House of Floors to replace the carpet in our den, bedroom, and closet. Everyone, from the owner, to the installers were great. Plan on the two guest bedrooms now. Will definitely use them again, and will recommend to anyone who asks.

This review is based on an in-store visit where I spoke with Breianna. I asked a few questions and told her my objective. She was quick to show me a few samples and answered even more questions about their pricing for different types of tile and wood, laminate, and vinyl plank. She offered to have a person come out to measure but I am not ready yet to move forward. What I can also say is that a friend of mine had his floors installed by this company and he raved about the installer. That is what caused me to stop in. I will say this - their web site has little to no pricing, but I thought that their sales people in the shop are pretty straight-forward in providing pricing. I will go back and will likely have them install my floors in the coming months.

I'm so very pleased with this company. They put in the floors to our basement. Well, actually the carpeting for the bedroom will happen at a later date. But Ryan at the store was great to work with. Carl did the installation and was on time, left things very clean, and do a super job. The floor is beautiful. We had the trim added as well as the quarter round finish put in below our kitchen cabinets (since the original installer of another company failed to finish that). Carl also fixed a couple upstairs gaps in the flooring that occurred. So far, we are very happy with the work and highly recommend!

We had two stairways carpeted by House of Floors. We wanted to color match other carpet. Ryan and his staff helped us select a carpet and arrange for measurements and later installation. There were no problems of any kind. Al did a great uneventful installation on schedule and we are very pleased with the whole process and impressive looking matching carpet .

It would be great if they returned phone calls. Ended up taking our money to the Floor Store!

We are very satisfied with the friendly and professional service at House of Floors. We needed a stairway and small hallway carpeted. Ryan, Joslyn, and their staff were all very helpful as well as patient with us as we decided just what color and type would go with what we have. Once we finally zeroed in on a carpet choice, the material was ordered and the install quickly scheduled. The installers were very conscientious and did an outstanding job. We highly recommend this company for your flooring needs!

Ryan, the owner, went the extra mile in obtaining for me a special order floor leveling product. He gave me an initial price and delivery and he stuck with what he said even though he had to deal with problems with his own supplier. I appreciate his effort very much.It should be no surprise then, that our conventional order for luxury vinyl plank flooring was also delivered when and as promised.
