I had a jammed window zipper on my Jeep. Within 10 minutes it was fixed. They were friendly; they were efficient; they refused payment for sure a small job. They are worthy of your business if you have an automobile upholstery problem.

House of Covers. So much more than just covers. These folks are knowledgeable, and handle a variety of auto interior repairs. Loose door handle? They've got you. Shifter bezel coming up? They've got you. Missing door knob lock bezels? Yeah, they can handle that. Beyond that though, they carefully look over your interior and identify upcoming problems and other things you might want to take care of, without pushing too hard. And the prices. Extremely reasonable. I'll be back for sure.

The headliner in my 1993 Chevy Silverado pickup was letting loose of the top of my cab. I wouldn't let people roll down the windows and enjoy air blowing in, because it would make it worse. I called around, and found House of Covers in Albuquerque. Justin answered took care of ordering a good color to match the interior, we set an appointment day, and they did a fantastic job in one day! I have another vehicle that needs some repair, and intend to use their services again.

I wish I was writing this review after I decided to have my dream car updated but alas that isn't the reason I sought out House of Cover's service... When you work hard to own your dream car and one day realize it's been vandalized with a slice in the top talk about a punch to the gut.I instantly started looking for local repair shops and House of Covers had the best reviews. After calling to explain my situation, Rita said come on over and we can look, see if it is vandalism, get an estimate and go from there. When we arrived Rita greeted us right away and was so nice, she could tell this was the last place we wanted to be. We showed her the top and instantly she confirmed our suspicion it was vandalism. She took the time to look at everything else just to make sure we hadn't missed anything.We had no clue on what the price would be for a new top and installation but Rita gave us the estimate and assured us they would work with our insurance company as best they could, big thumbs up to Allstate for quick claim.Because they are a small shop and work Monday to Thursday and had to order the top in the same color it did take a few weeks for us to schedule the work. It took them a little over a week but it was worth the wait because they really did look over everything related to the top. Their customer service is through the roof, thank you Rita for taking such good care of my girl.

I am so very happy to be leaving a five star review for this local business. Earlier this year, the top of my car was slashed, and it was heartbreaking to say the least. I had kept the top together with some stuff I spent $20 on at my local hardware store. It lasted, a mixture of glues with gorilla tape. But with the weather, all the rain, it began to peel away. So on Monday while cruising through nob hill I took a shortcut down Richmond and found this business and decided to get an estimate. I went inside and met Rita. Very friendly and professional. She wrote me up a slew of different options and then made a suggestion to do a patch that could hold me for a while. I came back yesterday, Wednesday, and dropped my car off. They were so hospitable and nice to me during this process. I left my car and felt no worries, and there were no worries. I got my car back, and it looks amazing. It's a temporary hold, until I get my taxes back, but will hold and feels and looks sturdy enough. It rained last night and nothing dripped through. So I'm very happy with my experience, and suggest others with upholstery and needs for your convertible top to check them out. Buy local, stay local. You give a great name to Albuquerque small business.

We had this company put new seat covers in our car. Rita was very helpful, very friendly and nice. Seat covers look beautiful. I recommend them. They did a very nice job.

I have had two upholstery jobs on two cars, and two pieces of furniture. They are very organized. They give great advise on what colors to go with. They start a job when they say they will and complete it on time. Rita gives exceptional customer service. For example, I thought I needed to recover a seat because of a stain. They had a product that took the stain out saving me $$$. bob casey

We highly recommend House of Covers. In December, we had our RV seats recovered and they came out better than expected. Jake and Justin were very professional and did a great job. We booked this job back in July and was put on the schedule for December. It was definitely worth the wait. Thank you so much!

I needed seat covers for my black 2011BMW since the driver's leather seat was torn. Rita suggested instead of seat covers that they custom make a leather panel for my front leather seat and sleeve for back seat. It looks like brand new...very reasonable and exceptional customer service...had my car for less 4 hours, custom work. Can't recommend this place enough!
