Jackson arrived at my home with quiet confidence, his practiced hands making quick work of what would have taken me hours--perhaps even days, tangled in frustration. Within twenty minutes, the lift was secured in place, as if it had always belonged there. And yet, he was not finished. With the patience of a wise teacher, he walked me through the correct way to use the lift, to read the test strips for pH, alkalinity, and chlorine--small but essential lessons that would ensure my haven of bubbling waters remained pristine.I left the experience not just with a hot tub cover lift, but with a newfound appreciation for the rare artistry of service, where knowledge and kindness flow as effortlessly as water itself. Service in store: the people working in the store were absolutely awesome. I had 5 kids at the time running around trying all the hot tubs out. Letting me know all their opinions on each tub, the guys working were so kind! After I decided what we wanted they took my order and didn't mind the crazy kids. They even got duckies on our way out.Delivery: the owner came out and delivered our hot tub with an really awesome Marine Vet. They delivered, filled, showed us all the things we needed to know before they left. It was a very pleasant experience and they were both super cool to hang out with while the tub was filling. It was an absolute pleasure working with this company and we will continue to refer and use them as our hot tub people!!

These guys are great. I love my hot tub so much. Gary came over and helped me with a my chemicals and showed me how to work everything as test and balance. They are responsive and great!! Go get one!!

Outstanding customer service with no pressure sales. Tracy who sold us our Marquis pool/spa is as genuine as they come. He was honest and took the time to explain everything about the pool/spa and its benefits. He even came by our home to inspect and ensure we were happy. The delivery team lead by Jesse is phenomenal they worked hard to ensure the pool/spa was placed where you wanted and took steps to ensure it was handled safely and installed correctly. If you are looking for a spa don't look any further this is a great place and good prices; and they just sell spa's! They know their business.

Great service. Excellent follow-up, even a year after the purchase. I have needed a couple service items taken care of and they are quick to respond and make a quick trip to my home for a very reasonable charge. I am extremely happy with this company and my hot tub. I highly recommend!

We've visited all of the hot tub stores in town (and have done waaay too much research online) and this is the best place to buy a hot tub, hands down. It is a friendly, family-run business and the owner and his daughter were helpful and knowledgeable without using any high-pressure sales tactics. Their hot tub selection is high quality.

Hot Tub of ABQ sold me a defective Hot Tub and refused to honor the warranty and refuses to give me my money back and come get the Hot Tub. It is about $3,500 that they ripped me off of. They basically said, "Too Bad, so Sad, we aren't giving you your money back because we don't do business with that Hot Tub company because they are crap". So, they admit that the Hot Tub is crap and got my money and are sticking it to me. I am protesting out front of the Store with my Walker.They sent the MALE out to try to intimidate, scare, threaten and move me from my Constitutional RIGHT to Protest on Public Property.He LIED and said I was on HIS property, and I wasn't.THEY LIE-they are NOT good people when they can treat the fragile population like this---stepping on the little people is this business' motto. BEWARE do NOT buy from Hot Tubs of ABQ, they don't care and think they can do this to me, because I am elderly, disabled, a woman and they think that they are the BIG BUSINESS, and I am a little crippled old lady and they think nothing will happen to them. Well, I pray for "What goes around, comes around" and they "reap what they sow".They removed all the other bad reviews.

Outstanding customer service, knowledge and expertise! During these trying times, Hot Tubs worked with us to store the hot tub, we had purchased, until we were able to receive it, at which point they delivered, setup and gave us a great tutorial on how to operate and maintain the hot tub.Next step, need them to come out an perform some preventive maintenance! I highly recommend them!
