Hot Off the Press Food Truck

I hit up Truckin' Tuesdays on Civic Plaza nearly every week, and today tried Hot Off The Press for the first time. After checking out the menu, I decided to be adventurous and try the pressed mac & cheese. That's right, macaroni and cheese noodles pressed onto a sandwich! Mac & cheese is like my favorite food ever, so I knew it'd be hard to go wrong. Served with either green chile sauce or Sriracha for dipping and a side of chips - 'twas simply delightful. Pretty sweet little lunch to go for $8.

I Expected more for the price. Ordered tomato, pesto and provolone melt. Only got three slices of tomato between regular wheat toast and one slice of cheese with a thin layer of pesto for $7 bucks. It was tasty but nothing special for the price. Gave two stars for quickness and that it came with a side of regular potato chips.
