Our digital thermostat stopped communicating with the main unit, so we were basically without any AC this morning - going into a HOT day and weekend. Brian picked up right away when I called, and he worked to find time to fit us into his busy schedule today. Brian quickly found the issue, and walked me through exactly what happened and what was needed to ensure our AC works well going forward.Brian was very professional, and it was obvious that his focus is delivering quality service at an economical price point. He takes pride in his work and reputation. I will definitely be recommending Brian to any friends and neighbors that ever need HVAC or plumbing.

July 1 we woke up to an air-conditioning unit that was not working. Other, bigger businesses gave us projected service times that were anywhere from two to ten days. BRIAN picked up right away. Got us scheduled the same day and got things back up and running at a fair price.

Fixed my water heater and my ac wiring in under an hour. He came same day and was polite and talked me through everything he did in care I needed to do it again.

Hired this company to replace my hot water heater with old outdated split system AC and couldn't have been happier. They were very responsive with an estimate/quote, clear plan of work, and quick to knock out the job. Their prices were fair. The quality of work I feel is where they shine as well as honesty and friendliness. Great guys. I will not hesitate to call them back or refer them.

Recently, Brian and Chase of Horizon HVAC & Plumbing installed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater for me.  They are both very respectful, friendly, honest and professional.   I felt comfortable having them in my home.  Their prices were much lower than other companies which is a huge plus.   They left the area clean and they were careful to make sure that everything was right before they left.  They even fixed a few things that were not done right in the past.   It was a great experience in every way and I cannot recommend them highly enough.   Thank you, Brian and Chase!!
