Impressive store, friendly employees! Employees were knowledgeable, and Nicole was very thorough in explaining how my new piece worked. Will be back again!

I went to this location last Thursday 8/1. I was looking for a new torch to use, to light aflame (obviously) which I found for 35$ in a matter of seconds from walking in. You do have to give the staff your ID in order to look around the store which is cool whatever. I got the torch home and discovered it was out of Butane. I called the store and the young girl told me they sell the Butane separately which would have been nice to know at the store, that's like selling lighters with no lighter fluid or toys with no batteries. So I run out and buy some the same night from a different smoke shop. The next thing I noticed is the torch leaks the Butane so as soon as I fill it up its empty again. Come on !Please stop selling faulty torches and let your customers know to buy butane before they leave to save them time. Of course there are no returns which the snooty staff make very clear. Now I know why you don't have returns because the damn things don't work to begin and now you guys don't have to pay me back. I wont be returning to this smoke shop and will gladly take my money somewhere else.

Been to this place twice now. I hate to say that the service is questionable at this location. I was waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes when someone else entered the store. The manager appeared out of nowhere and immediately helped the person who just came in. I went there to try Kratom as I'm a pain patient. The manager helped me after helping her friend and was not knowledgeable at all about the product she was selling. My previous experience at this store was good because no one else was there at the time. I'll give them a few more chances. What I am getting there is a 300% mark up from what an internet search online yields in price after shipping. I'll get it online after I find which type works best for me. Very over priced.

Will not recommend .to nobody.my wife was there last Friday night to buy me a present.the girl recommend a torch just like the one she uses. My wife took her word n bought it .she has no clue about torches .she sold her a broke torch flame will not ajust n it has bin taken apart before .when I called next day .the girl who answer phone told me to bad so sad no refunds n no exchanges.like to see owner. Ask him is that the way you run your business. ???

The staff here is great! Always helpful and friendly. Julian and Anila (sp?) are awesome. Now, Honeycomb 2 is far different. There's a tall guy that works there...creepy. He won't look at you or look up from his phone to help. I was uncomfortable being alone in the store with him. I would definitely recommend Honeycomb 1 on Eubank.

We first walked into honeycomb talking about what we were going to by but get rudely get interrupted then told I can't sellout anything... well not going back ever bull shit

Service is absolutely horrible. Went in to try to look for e cig battery asked the girl a question & she said nope we don't have it even before I finished my question. Then turned around & walked away. Pretty disappointed they didn't even attempt to help. Took my business elsewhere. BE NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
