Great place. Great customer service. Very friendly staff. I will come again if I'm going through Albuquerque.

Stayed here about a year ago, it was great. So was a no brainer when we were passing through again, so we booked our room ahead of time. No idea what the hell has happened in the last year (Dec 2023) , but my rating went from a 4 star down to BARELY a 2 star this year (Nov 2024). Drawers weren't aligned, my closet door track wasn't even attached to the floor. Literally slid it open and the entire track came up from the floor. The weird metal wall vent AC unit thing was hanging off the wall. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned since I'd last stayed there... I could go on and on. Sad to see it change so much in such a short time. I honestly have no idea if management has changed since then, but it was great last time. I was a return customer, never again. The only pro was the location. Seems very safe and close to many things. Oh, and no bed bugs... because after seeing all of the other things, I made damn sure I checked.

I stayed here again.Upon checking in, Shahid was friendly and offered me water bottles which I happily accepted. It was a hot day! He also texted me to ensure I was enjoying my stay. Room was good like last time. Complimentary breakfast is yummy. I didn't realize the green chile is every other day (something like that) and so another morning they had sausage & tamales in lieu of chile and bacon. Oh the tamale was yummy! I wish I would've gotten 2. They were small so you don't feel so guilty. Eggs & potatoes were there always. The room was roomy. Shower had full size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Trader Joe's across the street. Also Coronado Mall is nearby. And a big Target too. Upon check out, I think Andrew was his name. Not the friendliest, didn't ask me how my stay was or anything. Just handed me my receipt and I left. Overall I'd stay here again. Until next time, Albuquerque!

Wonderful spacious one bedroom suite with kitchenette. Full-size refrigerator and stove top, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils. There is a dining table and chairs. The living room sofa overstuffed chair ottoman big screen TV. The bedroom has a big screen TV, king size bed with nightstands. Spacious bathroom and separate separate dressing dressing area with with closet and sink the toilet/ bathtub shower is separate.Great for extended stay or family vacation. Outdoor pool and barbecue area. Each of the 4 floors has an ice machine and laundry room for your convenience. The hot complementary breakfast is served from 6am to 9am.

My family stayed here for 5 nights while staying in Albuquerque. We were not impressed at all. I gave a 1 star for the amazing staff. All of the employees we ran into and interacted with were all amazing. They were super friendly and helpful, definitely the best part about our stay here.The hotel itself is really run down. We had a 2 bedroom suite as we had our daughters with us. There were alot of things we noticed about the room. There were multiple big holes in the walls from the door stops which makes it just look trashy. One of our bathroom doors didn't shut without having to slam it really hard and even then you had to slam it a couple times. The toilet paper roll holder came out of the wall every time you got toilet paper. The shower drain was extremely clogged. If you are a person that takes long showers, you will be standing in 6 inches of water by the end. They advertise the couch pullout as an additional bed, and I am very aware that most of the time pullouts tend to be not very comfortable but this pull out took it to a whole new level. The mattress was about 2 1/2 inches thick. We could not use it as a bed as it was like lying on wire and springs. The pillows were useless. By the morning I had had to fold my pillow throughout the night to even have a tiny bit of something under my head, I woke up with a sore neck every morning. In hindsight we should have moved to a different hotel but we were there to clean out the house of our parents that have passed away so we were tired and exhausted by the end of the day and just wanted to go to sleep. As I said before the one star is for the employees here. You guys have a great staff. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.We won't stay here again if we are in town again. You guys should really do a remodel and update this property. It's very run down and we feel like we got ripped off and paid way too much for what we got.

I was on my road trip to the south and stranded here in ABQ after I hit one of their infamous pot holes on I-40. I selected this hotel while my car is getting repaired. Of all the bad experiences related to the pot hole incident, making the emergency stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room (with kitchen with 2 burner stovetop!) is clean and comfortable, the staff are very nice. The amenities (free bottled water & breakfast etc) are big plus too! I'll definitely consider Homewood anywhere else I go in the future!!

**NO AIRPORTSHUTTLE SERVICE**About ten minutes from the airport and next to Target, the outdoor mall, and restaurants A pretty good place to stay for a night or two.Cute lobby niches Self serve coffee available in the lobbyOur room was comfortable but the heater never reached the freezing bathroom. They have a shuttle van outside so we assumed we'd be able to get a ride to the airport. We really could have used a shuttle. It all worked out but just wish we knew ahead of time.

Stayed here during the hot ballon festival and booked this hotel because it's walking distance to the shuttle stop. Its also walking distance to literally every restaurant you could think of as well as Trader Joe's and Target. The room was large and clean and super quiet. The hotel also boast a heated swimming pool which we were able to enjoy a few times during our stay. Finally I'd like to recognize the staff at this property. Everyone I interacted with was extremely pleasant. When we checked in they gave our baby a cool onesie and a toy bath duck. They also offer free breakfast and provided hot coffee, tea, muffins, and fruit for grab-and-go on the days we had to leave at 5am for the festival. The one downside I'd point out is that the hotel was pretty pricey likely because of the festival. We paid roughly $350 per night (inc tax) but its worth it.

First, I want to say the staff was very nice. That's where the positive comments end. We stayed with our dogs. Upon entering g the room the smell was horrible, stale cigarette smoke and urine. The entire carpet was soiled and spotted. The pullout bed was soiled. The main bed had curly black hair inside the covers. Nobody in my family has curly black hair so that was extremely foul. The bathroom had rusted metal and was unsanitary. We saw bugs! Some kind of brown beetle things crawling in the bathroom, in the kitchen and on our covers. Then, as if that's not bad enough, a transformer blew leaving us in miserable heat. We got up at 4:30, after only arriving after 10pm, and left. We'd prefer our car to that awful environment! No offer of a refund!

I never post reviews but had to post this one. This hotel has BEDBUGS! Unfortunately we found out the morning we were checking out when my daughter saw one crawling across the bed. I checked our bodies and sure enough we had bites all over. It's been three weeks and the marks are still there. We took the bedbug down to the lobby in a towel to show the staff and they seemed very uninterested and unsympathetic. I'm sure this is not the first time they've heard this. They assured us that a manager would get in touch with us, but we never heard a word back from them. We had to get into contact with Hilton directly because it's clear that management at this hotel doesn't really care. If you stay at this hotel, make sure you check the mattresses before you go to bed. Our mattresses were extremely unprotected with just the fitted sheet over them which is not a good sign of cleanliness.
