If I could leave less than 1 star... the hotel is filthy and the customer service is worse- we are a family of 5 and get two rooms when we travel- this hotel is not worthy of being considered a Hilton hotel and definitely not worth the same price you pay - one elevator smelled like a public bathroom - pillowcase had a blood stain ... Go to another Hilton property (!) - we moved in the middle of our stay after one night with our 3 kids to Hampton Inn off Coors - (separately rating for that hotel which is so much better!) the Homewood suites by Hilton airport is understaffed and untrained - general manager Adam Rector provided my children a good example of "how not to act"- I've never seen such juvenile and unprofessional behavior from a manager - thank you and stars to Hilton for helping to move us to another Hilton hotel and making sure our money was reimbursed for our stay here (!)

Room okay, but this Hilton is overrated; especially compared to Marriott Courthouse. Nothing special at all. Whatever you do avoid the ridiculously overpriced (and gross) $50 breakfast-- you get better value at the golden arches. Had an issue that never got resolved. Never again...

I stay in a LOT of Homewood Suites and Home2Suites, a dozen different ones a year, 100+ nights. This one is full of contradictions. It is 9:41AM on a Friday, when I'm standing RIGHT NEXT to the Hours sign which says open til 10:00AM, the waitress turns me away saying they're closed. Great final impression for your Diamond Member. The good: Dominica in the bar was amazing--great bartender and server. Friendly, has good suggestions, attentive to everyone even when the place was packed. after the first day I made a point of going in there every day if I saw her working. Suggested a great flight of tequila. A solid bartender, my favorite thing about this stay. Also good: the street tacos (especially at happy hour: $2.22 each). Tasty, meaty, flavorful. Great complex flavor salsas. Also good: the Caesar salad. Too many places screw up this simple dish. This one's perfect: flakes of Parmesan, not drenched in dressing, good combo of fishy/tangy dressing and salty croutons. That dressing may not be house-made but they do the whole thing right from the assembly to an ice-cold bowl. The bad: (the above mentioned bullshit when they don't keep their hours as posted). Also bad: the tomato basil bisque. Just a notch above Campbell's. In fact: I'd prefer Campbell's. Not hot. No basil flavor WHATSOEVER in it that I could see, taste or smell. The odd clumps of cheese in it doesn't work and the cold drizzle of sour cream in an already lukewarm soup didn't help. (Former chef. Nothing about this made me think tomato basil bisque). Also bad: no ATM. ("Go out to the barbershop and use theirs" was the recommendation. Pass.)Room was great and the hotel is nice, great photo art everywhere and I loved the QR codes on every piece to get info. Even in the rooms, beautiful art, not the typical hotel stuff. The area outside is kinda rough (after I got turned away from the hotel restaurant during open hours I walked 700 feet to La Zenita (AMAZING tamales) and it's a gauntlet of homeless). Uber anywhere you're going after dark, and even during the day be careful.

Let me start this by saying so much better than our other reservations at Embassy suites! The rooms were much cleaner and very spacious. Staff was very welcoming and greeted us with a smile! Beds and pillows were comfy! Very clean bathrooms. The only Downside- there were a couple of loud cars that passed. But overall a decent nights sleep.

I had a great first ever experience here. I've stayed at location by Hilton in Orange County, CA, Denver, CO, San Diego, CA, and the big on in San Francisco, CA and this one was nicer, roomier, cleaner, and better amenities than all of them. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and accommodating. We did have an issue with getting dry cleaning done on the weekend but oh well. Overall it was an excellent experience!

I stayed here once before and it was ok. This visit has been beyond subpar. - I did contact less check-in, but it couldn't generate the room key, which is required for parking garages.- Not given directions to the parking garages, so driving around at night trying to find the 3rd out of 4, since the first 2 were full. It's not intuitive because of one-way streets, and the garages don't have identifying markers, so you just have to try your room key.- I was not offered complimentary waters, and they were out of sodas for purchase. Gal at the desk says they don't restock overnight.- The signage when you get off the elevator on your floor (to find your room) is incorrect. I even went back to see if I had misread it. Nope, it's incorrect.- Some sort of walkie talkie or radio keeps going off outside my window at 10pm.

Busy Albuquerque week and we were so happy to have this lovely hotel for our base. Beautiful room and comfy bed with really nice kitchen -- full size refrigerator with microwave and even a dishwasher. Nice dishes too. Opt for the Mountain View and wake up to a sunrise over Sandi's Crest. Wonderful patio on 2nd floor. Breakfast was great every day -- the pumpkin muffins tasted like they were home made. Included a hot egg dish, potatoes, and sausage plus waffles, fresh fruit, variety of brhot oatmeal with all the fixens. Nice staff, secure entry, secure parking, and great restaurants within walking distance. I loved this place!!

Had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel is new and everything is bright and clean. It is downtown (which has seen better days) but the hotel has excellent security so we had no worries about that. I sometimes worry about parking at downtown hotels, but the parking garages are right there at the entrance and are room key gated. Hotel restaurant is good and there are two other good restaurants within walking distance. Natalie checked us in and was super friendly, courteous, helpful and was a delight to deal with. I usually like to stay in more suburban areas but I also like the idea of a new modern hotel; so all in all, we had a very good stay.

Made a reservation at this hotel and the joint hotel Hilton garden inn and cancel within a day. They are fast at billing you, but then I noticed I did not get a refund after 3+ weeks!!So I spend 2hours with Hilton corporate and 2 hours at this hotel itself and another 30mins with my credit card company. It ended up being Hilton's fault (not surprise as they a prob run by a bunch inexperienced representatives) . Not only did they flat out blamed my credit company for not releasing the funds, and they will also not compensate me for the time I have spent dealing with themAlso, my reservation and the cancelation did not even show up on my Hilton account. Talk about questionable questionable business ethics. I am glad I have saved my email and were able to reconcile my accounts.

BEWARE - THEFT - DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR ROOM UNATTENDED!This review is related to the Homewood Suites Downtown in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I wanted to share my experience in hopes that other patrons may benefit from it. My family and I stayed at the Homewood Suites Downtown, which shares a building with the Hilton Garden Inn, June 12-17 2023. The hotel itself, the amenities, are actually quite nice. Parking and surrounding areas are another story (limited parking, numerous parking lots scattered around a 1 block area, and homeless wandering around everywhere). However, this review is actually not about the hotel, but rather our customer experience with staff and management. We checked out of the hotel on Saturday 6/17 and unfortunately my wife left her purse hanging in the closet. We noticed it was missing when we returned home and contacted the hotel. Staff agreed to look for the purse in lost and found and committed to returning our call after they had done so and checked the room. We didn't actually get a call back so when I followed up later that day, we were informed that the purse was not in the lost and found and also not in the room by the housekeeping manager. We decided to escalate our concern to the manager, Omar Canales, and spoke to him initially where he committed to speak to the housekeeper directly and review the camera footage. He also agreed to follow up with us later that day and gave us his personal email address because his Hilton email address "Was not working." Needless to say, after numerous calls and repeated emails we never spoke to him again nor did he reach out to us. At that point, I reached out to Hilton customer service. It seems they have "Offshored" customer service to India and we got repeated messages from different reps as a result, none helpful or overly "Customer Centric." We got the usual, "We care but we can't help," messages and each time we tried to further explain our concern, we got the, "We understand," messages. Very frustrating and not helpful at all. Our point in reaching out to Hilton directly is we have been loyal Hilton customers for at least 10 years and we assumed they would be willing to compensate us in some form for the issue, points even. Turns out they really don't care and were completely unwilling to help resolve the matter as it is a "Hotel Issue." Our relationship and loyalty is with Hilton, not any specific hotel, so this policy is concerning to say the least. Next, we escalated to the general manager, Regina with similar results, never spoke to her and she never returned any of our calls. The general message from the hotel management and Hilton was - pound sand, finders keepers. We do believe the housekeeper stole the purse and neither management or Hilton is unwilling to do anything about it. At the end of the day, Hilton is no longer my hotel of choice, I am moving to Marriott Bonvoy exclusively. The one bright spot in this unfortunate experience is American Express. We were able to recover the cost of the purse through purchase protection from AMEX and the issue was resolved in 24 hours - that is what I call service! Hilton and Homewood suites, you should be ashamed of yourselves and how you handled this.
