Corner Post managed our rental property for over 3 years and we would highly recommend their services. Communication was always prompt and professional. Rental vacancies were always quickly filled and they kept us up-to-date on any maintenance issues that arose. As out-of-state owners, we would not have been able to manage our property without Corner Post. Two thumbs up!

I would avoid the company at all costs. They are unethical and purely motivated by profit. Requests for repairs will go unaddressed for months. They only move in unsavory people in their lower end apartments. Their contracted repair companies complain that Corner Post does not pay their invoices on time. They boast that they are a family owned company and they are, but they are a greedy, lying, self-serving family owned company.

I'm a huge fan of Corner Post Company. I have rented all over Albuquerque and with a variety of managers and management companies, from very amateur landlords and from expensive rental companies. Over the past several years, my best experiences have been with Corner Post Co. I have had the pleasure of renting from them on two occasions and they are phenomenal! Here's a brief list of what you will get from them that you will not find elsewhere.1) Linda, sooo kind and helpful!2) Accommodating. When you own a 100 pound dog, it's difficult to find a rental that's in a good location and reasonably priced. 3) A current website. I wonder if it's updated hourly?!4) Customer service, customer service, CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5) All of the property managers are on top of business. Leaky faucet, they'll have someone out tomorrow if they can! Want to see a place, meet me there today.6) Clean, updated and quirky spaces in locations all over town. 7) If you're good to them, they'll be good to you.8) Most of all, honesty and fairness. I recommend Corner Post over any other rental company in Albuquerque.

Corner Post has managed my property going on 2 years. I have had some bumps here and there getting the property rented, even so Corner Post finally got the job done. I moved out of state, I feel confident that this management company is good. My father used cornerpost for a property we owned and they were ok untill it came to an "emergency" leaky faucet. They overpriced on repairs. And when questioned on the details of the situation they were confused and couldn't answer them. Civil situation, no yelling, no cussing, no name calling. But he told them he wasn't satisfied with the situation. Days later cornerpost discontinued service. Not very professional and a waste of money.

Avoid this property management company. Called to schedule a viewing of several properties. Whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude, and expected me to submit a rental application without having seen the house. Refused to consider scheduling an appointment at the other location. Do you not want people to rent your properties? It sure seemed like it. There are simply too many other options in the Albuquerque / Rio Rancho area to deal with Corner Post and their incompetence.

Corner Post Company has been my property manager in Albuquerque for over 12 years. They've done a great job managing my property and I recommend them for anyone looking for a property manager. Whenever I email them they got right back to me. I'd like to thank Eugena & Mike for maintaining the house and dealing with the HOA.
