Yes. They're still the absolutely the worst company EVER for your security systems. Our cameras stopped working so often I think we paid for the service we never received half of the time. The videos and the app didn't work so often I hardly ever bother looking at the cameras. We finally came to the end. Hooray!! One good news: they let us leave one month early. Thank goodness! We were told by the IT department that they had a power outage...meaning it wasn't working AGAIN. Maybe they just let us go rather than deal with us complaining again that the system wasn't working. Whatever. The day finally came to the time they arrived to remove the equipment. Just as I expected, they left with poor outcome, leaving a hole with wire hanging out. Thanks guys for never disappointing us in the expected outcome all these months!! #neveragain

Since 2002 I have been a happy customer with HSS. They have taken care of my home and my small business all these years. Their team over there is professional and knowledgeable leaving us feeling well taken care of. They are helpful and will trouble shoot with you over the phone, but will be out as soon as possible to fix your problem. We have NEVER had an issue with their monitoring in all these years. They are on top of it and we have always felt safe. I am a small business owner and I love supporting other small businesses here in the 505.

If I could give zero, this place would receive it! I inherrited service with this company at my dad's house after he passed away and all interaction with this company was a nightmare. I felt I knew more than the technician when he arrived, and he left without the house being secure. After things were "okay" the alarm went into an error mode and the Albuquerque based company could not assist me in Santa Fe until the following morning. The alarm was tripped shortly after I left town and NO ONE on the call list was contacted! The only reason I heard about the ordeal was through the neighbors. Unreal! After that incident, I tried to contact the company to cancel the service from here in CO, and was repeatedly told I would receive a call back. Six calls later, I finally caved and paid the remaining balance in order to get this nightmare over with. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are unprofessional and do not deliver the level of service they promise! NEVER EVER USE HOME SECURITY SYSTEMS!!!!!!

This is a great Albuquerque Business. For years we have put with the leading Security Company mistreating us. This has been a welcome change with super people treating us like customers. Installed and used the first time on 09March2018 after great people did great work to provide us with a great Alarm system.Thank you HSS

I have had Home Security Systems Inc in my home for about 20 years now. They are always professional and prompt to call me when the alarm has gone off. I have had a few (blush) times where I got flustered and kept entering the wrong numbers. And they helped me and stayed patient with me. I wouldn't want any other company to look after my safety. Thank you to everyone at the company that has taken care of this sometimes confused lady!!

This company continued to bill us for a year and a half for services we never received due to the change in our phone number. We thought we were receiving services after we called them with the changes, but they say they never recorded the changes. They appear to be very dishonest.
