I recently called home furniture because I was looking for a bunk bed for my sons room. The person that answered the phone was very helpful she even went as far as taking a picture of the bug but they had in stock and emailing me a photo. With Covid it's hard to do any shopping nowadays and she really made my transaction easy. We ended up buying the bunkbed that day. And they also offer free home delivery and set up! Of course it has to be local I am sorry. I definitely will be going back or calling back I should say if I should need any other furnishings.

Went and bought a couch 14 years ago from this place still have the couch where to get other furniture never could get anybody to wait on me and then when I went in the second time their prices are outrageous I found a better deal in Albuquerque and added delivered for half the price and what they were going to charge me sorry folks I'd rather do business with a company that's here in the village but not spending a lot of money so the owner can eat steak every night

My experience started out good but spiraled down quickly and consistently. On December 5 of 2018 my husband and I went into the store looking for furniture for our living room and ready to buy. While working with Marilyn, we found the perfect living room set. Marilyn went through her sales spiel and explained to us that there was a promotion going on and we could get a $50 gift card along with no interest for six months. Marilyn Assured us that there would be absolutely no problem getting our furniture before Christmas. After signing all the paperwork All that was left to do was wait for Marilyn to call me to let me know when the furniture would be delivered. Marilyn didn't call me. I called her and she mumbled that she forgot to call me but did not apologize. I asked her about the promotion because I had read on the paperwork that I took home that the promotion had ended The last day of November. Marilyn said that she would call the finance company and was pretty certain that they would extend the promotion and again said she would call me. I waited and she did not call. I called her back, again and We did not get the money promised so Marilyn said she would just get us a 50 gift card, to make things right. We never got the gift card and we did not get the furniture until January 15... way after Christmas. This was absolutely the worst shopping experience I have ever had. This company and employee, had many Opportunities and chances to make things right but chose not to. I will never shop there again!

I have been a customer of Home Furniture & Carpet in Los Lunas since the early 2000's..When I first went there Marilyn Sanchez greeted me with open arms as if I were family...After that welcoming and loving visit, to this date all of my furniture came from there..My kitchen table and chairs, bar stools, two bedroom suites, mattresses, lamps..etc. To this day I have furnished my whole house Thanks to Marilyn and staff..There is nothing about that company I have a complaint about, I can't imagine anyone saying anything bad...Her Dad sold me my first piece of Furniture I call him Pops, it was my dining room table and chairs..the chairs are gone but the table is still holding strong..I don't have to go to Ashley Home furniture to get Ashley Furniture, all of mine was bought at Home Furniture & Carpet..I love the free delivery..Plus I donated my old living room suite to the catholic church, when they delivered my new living room furniture, they took the old furniture I donated to the Church..How many company's would do that..I love the staff at Home Furniture..Thanks everyone for making me the best part of Home Furniture as a forever customer..Joanne Bailey, Los Lunas

I have purchased bedroom furniture on two occasions. Each time the sales staff and ownership have been very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to work with us. My most recent purchase was a bed and mattress and when it was delivered, free, they took the old set and donated it to St Vincent de Paul for me. Quite the service! It has been a pleasure doing business with a family owned and local business. Thanks.
