Customer service, maintenance work is a nightmare! Still waiting on parts (2nd time since owning this equipment!) and now dealing with injuries from their neglect and failure to service the machines they sell! Like the bike, the company is apathetic!

Thank You Home Fitness Warehouse for our new elliptical. We are excited to start this new journey!! Service is Great , delivery is fast and on time, Installers are quick, friendly and did an wonderful job. Thank you again Home Fitness Warehouse.

We recently purchased a lower end model treadmill from another store because we are just getting started on our running journey and wanted to make sure it was something we were dedicated to before jumping into a $2000 to $3000 machine. I called Home Fitness Warehouse to check if they were certified technicians for Nordictrack (the brand we purchased) thinking I would be happy to pay a local business for ongoing maintenance rather than buying the extended warranty plan from Nordictrack directly. The sales guy who answered the phone said his technicians only service the products they sell because the technicians have to be certified with each brand - which I completely understand - but then he said that Nordictrack doesn't have the quality our customer base expects. Well then, I guess that means we aren't good enough for them! So, when we are ready to upgrade, we won't be supporting Home Fitness Warehouse.
