California-inspired clothing retailer. The cologne is OK. Christmas music is played in October; whether or not that's a good thing, I leave up to the reader of this review to decide. The clothes are obviously marketed toward teenagers and young twenty-somethings from the flyover states who've never been to California. And some pretty hot girls work here.Definitely plan to visit again. Hopefully soon.

One of my favorite stores to shop at! The staff is always so nice and welcoming to everyone. Super cute clothes at a decent price. Definitely recommend!

Really Hollister??!!!! 40% off ENTIRE STORE? And then there are tables of "excluded from entire store"! Seriously!??? And you can't afford a one day sale as advertised? Wow!

I guess this is the in place to shop if you are a teen. Man is the music loud, the place is dark and I have no money left when we walk out! It is a clean store and the staff is friendly. I have one son left at home, I will be shopping here for a few more years or until the fad changes!

I'm not in Hollister's demographic, but happy to take my niece shopping here. She likes the clothes. The shopping experience is interesting -- fairly dark interior with limited spotlighting, pleasantly loud music, young good-looking staff who are always offering to help. Their marketing plan is definitely working.

I walked into the Hollister on Menual today, excited to receive my package pick-up. An extremely rude, unwelcoming, and cold employee asked in an irritated tone "Do you want to scooch over?"Without eye contact, smile or any professionalism. This was the hands down worst customer experience, with less than professionalism

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in there with my daughter, and took a seat on the very sturdy stand. A non ethnic man was sitting on the furniture however, the young man that worked there came up to me and said to me that he was concerned for the furniture and that it would break because I was sitting on it whilst my teen shopped. I'm literally 140 lbs, the furniture seating was solid oak and he asked me to leave. As I'm walking out I see the man still sitting on the same furniture and none of the associates are saying anything to him. Load of crap establishment that racially profiled me. My daughter who is mixed said she hates how people treat black people and then she watched the hatred and disparity happen to me first hand at a fkn Hollister. I refuse to take her back there. I walked by and will always think of how the workers there snickered and laughed as I walked out. Humiliated. I didn't know I needed to be rail thin to walk into this store. The brown boy (Indian) had no problem laughing as he asked me to keep the furniture safe by not sitting on the seating area. He should be fired!!
