like most hobby lobby's I have been too it is very understaffed and very empty. they have good prices for stuff but sometimes the prices change on the same items as you go through them. because they don't have a good security system I have witnessed multiple people steal because they won't get caught. they should hire more people so they don't continue to have this problem

I love this store! It's like a toy store for me this is my toy store or candy store. And yes I become a kid. It's just fun to shop in Hobby Lobby. Crafts, artwork, garden and yard decor, frames, sewing materials and holiday decorations!!!! So I know it's only summer but just like the hallmark channel IT IS CHRISTMAS IN JULY!!! And yes I'm am the wacko that loves it. The ornaments are always my favorite! This location is an older store and smaller but it's just as much fun!

Oh geez. How many ways can you say FAIL? I love shopping in Hobby Lobby but this was our first time trusting them with a custom framing job.Almost three weeks ago, we took an autographed Derek Carr game day jersey to be framed and we were quoted just under $300 for the job. Ouch but we agreed to it.This should be a simple job. The autographed side should be the side shown, correct? Apparently that was too difficult for the framing department at Hobby Lobby. They framed the jersey with the autographed side hidden.Now we have to wait another two weeks for them to tear apart the custom frame and try to put it back together correctly. What a nightmare!

Worst customer service I have received and the cashiers are extremely rude. I went in to buy a replacement cutting mat for my sewing projects. I was surprised to see that the mat I was choosing was $6.99 and 50% off. The mat is usually $35 and I was made perfectly clear many times by the cashier that it was an error. The cashier really fought for me to not get the printed price on the label. She called up like three people and the manager telling me it was at the managers discretion to give me the price printed on the item. The manager finally came back and told me that she would give it to me for the price listed as it was an error on their part, not mine. The cashier said "but no discount right" so I wasn't given the discount that was on their website. Honestly, it felt like the cashier personally had something to lose by letting them charge it as they were supposed to. I have a small business and buy many craft supplies. I will not be returning to this location as they are extremely rude, unprofessional, and unscrupulous. They permanently lost a customer over less than $15. To the management, shame on you for trying to do a bait and switch. I've never been treated so poorly at a Hobby Lobby until today.

Today, I went to the store only to hear over the intercom to video my area while i was shopping, followed by security throughout the store, then have my full shopping cart taken from me when I was not looking. I felt sad I was treated like a potential criminal just because I'm Native American. In the past, I have always chose this location to restock my inventory for my business. I will never shop here again.

the quality is garbage. if it is packaged, don't trust it. I bought a calligraphy set, it was used and broken, but packaged inside the box. and they sold it just like that. a waste of time and money is what this store is. but more than that...i feel cheated every time I shop here. this Is the first yelp review I ever made, and only cause they pissed me off so bad. it doesn't matter if it's affordable if the product is not even serviceable. focus on quality not Chinese quantity, dummies!

BEWARE!!! They price the same items differently and will not honor the lower price for the EXACT SAME ITEM! The cashiers were rude too! There were 4 cashiers standing around and the young one understood that the sku was the same on both so they should honor the lower price. The old blond lady said no because of Covid! Get over using covid as an excuse lady!!! They lost a customer over $3. Don't shop here! The same items can be found on Amazon for less!

The location is nice, however the crew at hand will follow any brown person throughout the entire store and it makes it a very unsettling experience. They must have theft problems because every non white person entering the store is a potential suspect for theft in their eyes, and they WILL follow you. They have plenty of crew members at hand for that. Good luck here.

Today I went to your store to have a very special picture, frame and have a detailed layout. Marsha S., one of your employees helped us, her expertise on our project went well.Not only her technical know how and able show us how our project would look after our requested layout , she was very friendly and able to relate too our culture.
