Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Downtown

We loved everything I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn (Downtown) Albuquerque for its cozy rooms, Michelle Pentagraph Rankin, and friendly staff,serene atmosphere and customer service. Room was clean so were the main areas. Like the fact that the buffet breakfast was not on the first floor, no need to worry about the people going in and out . Also like that the garages were secured with gate access

This is a great downtown location. It is a great new hotel in the downtown area. They have done a great job making sure that things look good and welcoming.

New hotel that shares land with homesuites. Cant figure that out. Parking is a nightmare when crowded. You have to hope for a space in small locked garages or the alley. 24 hour security guards. I would not walk around outside.Lots of homeless and sketchy people on the streets. Great breakfast choices for 15 dollars which includes cold buffet. Cold buffet is13 by itself. Good service. Dece t internet. We didn't make it to the gym or pool. Friendly people. Major complaint that housekeeping came in before 9am after breakast.

The hotel, the room, and breakfast were great. What made this hotel amazing was a young lady by the name of Bernadette! She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and even checked on me a few days later after my stay. My mom is dying, and anyone dealing with loss can understand how hard it is to lose your mom! Bernadette personalized my stay. She gave me social support in an unexpected way. Bernadette is an extreme asset to the hotel and brand. I travel a lot as a technology consultant and have never seen this type of service. She is amazing! I will always come to this hotel because of Bernadette!

Just an overnight stopover on a road trip. Parking lot was busy but the guy running it was a hard worker and very professional. He also grabbed a luggage cart for us and later he was bringing us cups to our room. Give that guy a raise for sure. The bellman slash parking lot attendant was amazing and it should be noted. Check in took a bit of time as there was only 1 front desk clerk at that time. I tried to check in on the HH App but it didn't work so yeah I waited in line for awhile. No biggie. I asked for a high floor when reserving but the room was on a middle floor. I'm a diamond hh member but nothing was done for me or was that recognized. Room was clean-ish and view was good. No glassware in the room just a couple paper cups. The tissue paper ran out after one sheet was pulled. There was food crumbs on the room floor as well. We didn't shower there so don't know about that. Later, when asking a different front desk clerk what time did breakfast start I was told that it wasn't complimentary....Um, did I ask that? I only asked the hours of breakfast. Do I look like a cheap person? Weird. I asked for cups as we only had 2 in the room. Does that make me look like I expect a free breakfast? SMHParking is included and it's right downtown. There is a real security guard lurking around the area so I assume there is issues at times.3 stars is an accurate rating for our stay.This isn't personal just our honest experience

Very clean and secure parking which, especially in Albuquerque, is vital. Bernadette at the front desk was charming and energetic in welcoming us. She is the reason for the 5 rating. Truly a customer service professional, the likes of which the world is lacking! I will be back.

ladies at the front desk have a really horrible attitude. the breakfast is not worth $17 at all, other than that the hotel is beautiful.

Had some friends stay here too attend a convention. They got in town in the morning after a 20 hr. road trip. Was told they could not check in until 2pm. When they tried to check in at 2pm.,,, they were told that the room wasn't cleaned yet and people didn't check out on time and housekeeping was behind. They were told that the room would be ready at 6pm. They ended up having to shower at another hotel, where another friend of their's was staying, so that they could attend the convention. Later that evening when one of them went to the bathroom, she discovered that there wasn't any toilet paper. Not the service you would expect from a Hilton. Location isn't the greatest

New hotel, nicely appointed. Several security staff on duty. Fenced in parking lots/garage. Much nicer than the airport HGI and only 10 min from the airport.

Hotel is new, so the rooms are great. They put me on hold three times when I called for their airport shuttle, and after 40 minutes I called an Uber. They also charge 15 dollars for a run of the mill continental breakfast.
