Be super careful what you are getting from these people.don't take their word for it. I bought several thousands $ leather claimed furniture from this store. years later on, only to find out that were non-leather, but leather looking dyed vinyl. How did i found that out? by cleaning it with leather cleaner for the first time, only to see the dye /paint to peel off and the vinyl material showing.

A bit overpriced but if you look around you can find some sales and clearance that's worth a second look. I've been looking for a sofa sleeper, which isn't a common request. They had a wide variety in comparison to most places and the pricing wasn't too crazy. The salesman was nice and not overly pushy (very important to me). I left without a purchase but might return in the future.

We've been to this location two times. On the first stop we were greeted by Dakota who was very friendly and helpful. On our next visit Kevin helped us. He was also a great! Both sales reps were sociable and seemed to genuinely care that we got what we wanted. They were both helpful in providing options but they were not those annoying salesmen that just want to close a sale.We were surprised with how much furniture they have. They have a great selection of in many different styles. Their furniture seems to be priced cheaper than other near by furniture stores. I would highly recommend stopping by!

I would not recommend this store to purchase your furniture from. First of all they took way to long to deliver the furniture. It was broke from the shipping. It took a month to get the replacement. Our couch was broke after 3 months. Took a week to get an appointment to fix and then a no show. Wasted a day. Tried calling 4 times without success as to when or what they was going to do about it. The quality of furniture is goodwill at best. Rude and Disrespectfully customer service is an understatement. The favorite line is "Give me sometime and I will find out what is going on." Don't count on it" Just received a phone call. Told me that they was not responsible for the crab they sell. I am stuck with a thousand dollar piece of furniture.

The worse place to get furniture from. Frist it took a whole month for us to receive them. Not only that when they brought them. They where the wrong ones. When they came back with the right ones. Our couches on each corner were all beat up

I went in beginning of December to buy my 4 year old and 6 year old twin beds for Christmas. I was told at time of purchase my beds would be delivered in 7 days. It's three weeks later and still no beds. They said beds were on order. I had already gotten rid of my toddler beds to make room for the new beds, so now my kids have nothing to sleep on, and I won't get beds until after Christmas. I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication and service.

I was out furniture shopping hitting up all the usual local spots like Ashley, Mor and Furniture Row when I passed by Hilife and thought I would check out what they had.. Turns out they had really nice furniture that was made a lot better than the stuff you would find at Ashley or Mor. What I also liked was I told my sales guy what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I ended up finding a sectional I wanted that was about 300 over my budget and my sales rep was able to work with me and knock off that extra 300 bucks to close the deal. They also had everything in stock which worked out for me so I didn't have to wait 3 weeks like all the other places.

I hate to have to post a bad rating. I feel like I'm an easy customer, so when a company drops the ball I have to report it, to inform others. I strolled into HiLife Furniture in January looking for a new coffee table for the Super Bowl party. I immediately found one I liked. Happily, it was on sale. I told Thomas this was the one I wanted, went to the back and I paid that day with my credit card. He told me that he was supposed to tell me it could take up to 10 days to come in because they did not have it in stock, but that likely it would be in before that. No problem, I thought. Still a couple of weeks until the Super Bowl. No coffee table by the Super Bowl, and still no coffee table. It has been a MONTH! Initially, called at the 10 day mark to inquire and was told that it was on backorder but that it should be in next week. In the back of my mind I assumed they just forgot to order it in the first place. Frustrated, I still waited. Today I called and Jessica said it should be in this week. I told her that, honestly, I was tired of waiting for it, and frankly, I didn't need it anymore anyway. I asked for my money back. She said they could not give me cash back, only store credit. I told her I didn't want store credit, I wanted my money back. She asked me to hold so she could get my sales rep Thomas. Thomas got on the phone, unknowing the situation/conversation at this point. I explained and he asked to put me on hold. Jessica picked the phone back up and told me Thomas was busy with a customer but that he could call me back. I told her that he actually did pick up the phone and then placed me right back on hold. I'M FUMING! She then tells me again that my table will be in this week. I again asked for my money back. She said she would put the sales manager on the phone, and did. I explained it to him and he said he would look into it and call me back! WHAT? Received a call back letting me know they would give me my money back. Also, after finding my coffee table online, same day, made by Ashley, I found that the original price through Ashley directly was $100 less than HiLife's original listing price. And HiLife's sale was still more than if I would have purchased it directly from Ashley. They had me thinking I was getting a great deal with the sticker price, acting as if it was ever listed so high. So, all in all, I wasted my time with HiLife. I didn't have my furniture when I needed it, even though I waited far past the promised expected date, I had to push to get my money back, and I am thoroughly dissatisfied. Sad, because I will be needing lots of new furniture in the future. Not going to be getting it from HiLife. I hope if you shop here your experience was better than mine.

I buy furniture for 4000$ from them , good quality and good prices , but i received part of it after one month , and the other part i didnt received it even after 2 months waiting , so it end up canceling that part that i been waiting for and refunding the money , which made me and my wife very disappointed.Why they will sell an item that they dont have in stock,,???

I have purchased two couches, two end tables, and a coffee table from here. The prices were decent enough. However, after 22 months, the power supply on one of the Flexsteel couches stopped working. Despite the 5-year warranty on electrical components, Hilife said it was not covered and offered to sell me a replacement for $100. I found one new on Amazon for $16.
