Unacceptable behavior from a pharmacy. They don't answer phone calls or even return phone calls, emails or text messages. There is literally no way to contact them, and as a compounding pharmacy, it's not just wildly unprofessional, it can be dangerous. My physician wasn't even able to get ahold of them and was hung up on. Avoid like the plague, which would probably be easier to deal with than this place.

Customer service is awful. The service at the registers are absolutely the slowest in any business in Albuquerque. They have no since of urgency to get people in and out when picking up prescriptions.Extremely poorly run business. The rating is zero

Horribly pharmacy. ALWAYS makes mistakes in filling prescriptions. Minimum of 30 min wait time to reach customer service and then, the system usually ends up disconnecting you before you can talk to anyone, so you go back into the 30 min wait line.They fill the wrong amount. Ship it (and charge you $55!) when you tell them you'll pick it up. Or when you do ask to have it shipped, then hold it on the shelf for weeks, (never calling to tell you it's there). They can't get anything right. Makes we wonder about the quality of the products they're dispensing.

Bad communication. Rude staff. Refills can take over the time frame they give you. Can't get ahold of anyone to save your life. Waiting over 30+ minutes so far, because they don't have my prescription, which was sent over a week ago.

They don't answer the phone, even after waiting for 25 minutes multiple times per day trying to inquire about a prescription. Their online prescription system requires the prescription number, not your birthdate or identifying information. Even my doctor did not have their prescription number. Finally had to have my doctor call the special line to get an answer on the status of my compounding prescription which had been submitted a week earlier. They then said it would take another week when the medication was already overdue. No apologies, no interest whatsoever in customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid Highland.

This place gets worse with every passing month. They rarely notify me when a prescription is ready, and when they DO, I more ALWAYS have to ask the cashier to look for it because they claim "it's not ready yet". Today I went for my flu shot -- a little busy when I walked in and filled out the form, but the place emptied out quickly and after OVER an hour I had to go up to the counter to ask when it would be ready -- IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME. Nobody called my name or notified me; the staff seemed to have all disappeared, too. No apologies, nothing. I will find another pharmacy immediately. These people are inept and unprofessional. The "quaint little local business with great service" crap is not cutting it.
