Hi Boba

We went to Hi Boba last summer for the first time. At that time, I didn't know what "Boba" was, so I didn't try it. However, this year I've really gotten a chance to learn about Boba and am thoroughly enjoying it! I recommend that you go there and try them out!!

So not as friendly as our usual spot but it will do in a pinch They really don't talk to you here. You order off the menu by number had a M3, I think that is how I say it Seems that they just wan to get your older and out the door. Not really a place to sit and relax .So the boba was not cooked or prepared well enough, when I ate it it was kind of chewy towards the end. Most places I have been are not like that.Drinks were okay, I can't say they were great as I have had great. I will have to give them a second try as I don't want to judge on just one visit to harsh.

This boba place isn't too far from us and since we're on a journey to find the best boba in Albuquerque we decided to try it out.The staff was friendly and welcoming. We didn't know what to expect so they explained their process since each boba place can be a little different.The area is smaller but enough to seat a few people indoors. It's quaint and cute though.I got the mango smoothie which was more a slush. I was a little bummed about that because I wanted something on the creamier side. He got his usual thai tea cuz he's trying to find the best places for Thai teas and good alternatives.Overall it's ok, still would prefer others.

After getting an unexpected flat tire and being stuck at the auto shop nearby, I decided I needed a boba tea (because that's reasonable, right?). Luckily Hi Boba was within walking distance. I got one of their fruity teas and it was refreshing and tasty. I was appreciative they were there!

HiBoba always has really great service and really good drinks. You can't go wrong with any drink you get from HiBoba. The drinks are super personalized (sugar amount, ice amount, any additions like boba or crème brûlée topping) and always taste so good! Great employees too. Always served fast, even when there's quite a few people there. Love that they have a few different types of boba including bursting boba and the fruit boba (lychee, rainbow...). Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

We are new in town. My first visit here I tried to order my usual blended milk tea with boba and it didn't taste the same, I was bummed. My next visit I decided to order off of their menu and I'm so glad I did. They have some delicious creative drinks. There's a heart next to the most popular drinks so i recommend starting there. I've had the Hawaiian Fruit Tea with boba, that's one of my favorites it has crushed pineapple inside too. I recommend the Peach, Orange, Strawberry Oolong Tea and the Royal Peach. My kids have had the smoothies Mango, Strawberry and Honeydew. We have zero complaints! The customer service is good, she was kind, helpful and answered all my questions about the menu. Be sure to start a stamp card when you go, after 10 drinks your drink is free. Looks like we found our favorite boba place!

buy 10 drinks, get your next one free... I went in to redeem my coupon. I always order my drink without topping. But then the lady says in order to get it free, i have to add topping. I had to add an unnecessary topping to redeem coupon but still had to pay for the topping (that i never wanted in the first place) That's not how the 10 drink perk system works

Taro tea taste like water with a tiny bit of flavor. Asked for refund or something else and still tri to charge me again I laughed. I got a royal peach also sucked . Owner seems to not care about treating employees and customers correctly so I will not be back to waste 10 bucks on crapy drinks or deal with her BS
