Although this store is small, it is full of stuff. Some of the stuff is old some of it is new. The prices are very reasonable and they take credit cards. They also have a restroom so you can keep shopping if you're dying to pee. There are clothes, books, kitchenware, jewelry. Some stuff is even outside on the porch. If you're traveling away from Abq toward Santa Fe it may be hard to spot; if you hit the post office, then you've just missed it.

There has never been another place or store such as Hey Mavis! There is the unique...the vintage...the eclectic...the eccentric...from very vintage of radios...that DO work!..the silver jewelry ..that has the sweetest silver pins...to very bold designs...to lovely silver with turquoise...and so much more across the table....Vases...bowls...albums...books. Monday there were two old leather horse collars...bikes..pottery..clothes.She already has that treasure that is truly and uniquely yours..waiting there for you...so go find it. It is there. Don't let the very deceptive exterior "size" fool you..Cuz there's lots of treasures and room inside.and the best part...walk in..look to the right...there she is! Great amazing smile...and she will remember you....the proprietor with THE best classiest taste ever...in everything..you will see..once you walk in...you'll see!I bringing home the big blue wood rocker...Hey Mavis!Tanya

I was offered by the owners their service of liquidating some Very expensive and rare item's for me in a timely manner. But after weeks instead, was told to Wait, because SHE was to busy. This is a scam and had to retract the offer. Change locks and codes, and the like due to this Schister. Didn't even return my Jewelry totes

This is not really a thrift store, it's a small antique/collectables shop with some really nice, unique items tastefully displayed. Prices are high for a thrift store but not out of line for the type of store it really is. I doubt many of the unusual items displayed were placed in the store in response to the "donations welcome" claim on the sign unless they are actually on consignment. Certainly worth a look if you're exploring the turquoise trail.

Good little shop with lots of interesting and fun things to look at. Owner/person working at the counter could not be bothered to even say hello. (And you have to step within feet of the counter to get into the store!) But to call this a "thrift store" with signs that say "donations welcome" is highly deceptive. This is NOT a thrift store in the sense that most of us think about it. It is a for-profit business. Donations are not supporting any organizations, just this business. That explains the high prices that you would almost never see at a non-profit thrift store. There is an actual non-profit thrift just down the highway - Talking Talons - suggest you go there instead.
