Gosh, we had high hopes after initial communication was great. Super responsive and easy to work with. We've been trying to get a part of our roof fixed for what seems like forever so we set up a time for Heritage to stop by and give us a quote. We confirmed the time shortly before the appointment and...no one showed up. No call, no text, nothing. We were so hopeful but yet another unreliable roofer, sadly.

When I called them, a cordial, professional sound man answered. When I told him what I needed on a 1400 square foot flat top, he said he or his partner would be there for the bid 2 days later on Friday. Nobody showed up. I called the following Monday, the same guy answered and after his apology/excuse, he promised that they would both be there Wednesday AM for the bid. Nobody showed up, much less professional enough to call. Heritage roofing was a total waste of time that I didn't have to waste. They got one star only because you have to to open the comment window.

David from Heritage Roofing cannot be trusted or depended on. He gave a estimate on my roof and lied to the insurance Company. David was unprofessional and I warn you about using them. Horrible customer Service.

Highly recommended! Professional and satisfying experience with Heritage Roofing NM. Antonio and his crew did a fine job, replacing our damaged roof in one day (on the day scheduled) and didn't leave any debris or nails behind whatsoever. Prompt follow up with detailed pictures after the job was completed, a must since I was out of town at the time. Heritage Roofing NM was recommended to me by my realtor and a fellow roof inspector... so glad I listened to their advice. I definitely was NOT disappointed with the quality and efficient work. Thanks again Antonio, job well done!!!

Beware of using this roofing company, this company is extremely unprofessional. My parents spent $22,000 on a new roof back in October of 2020 the company did not get a permit for my parents' roof, which caused my parents roof to get red tagged. My parents have had a red tag on the front of their property for almost four months now. My father is elderly and has been taken advantage of by this company they tell him lie after lie that an inspector will be out there soon, I have called the Albuquerque inspector's office and they have informed me numerous times that if the company would just call, they could have somebody out there that day. This company also left building material all over my parents' house did not pick it up and left their air conditioner down on the ground after the estimate clearly included them placing the air conditioner back on the roof. My dad had to pay another contractor to put the air conditioner on the roof stay away from this company, they will take advantage of the elderly and take their money and not finish the job.

Three months ago we had our roof redone by Heritage Roofing. On the basis of our experience I cannot recommend Heritage Roofing. In fact I want to warn you about them if you are considering hiring them. We had made an appointment for them to show up on October 16th at 7:00 AM. That day came and went with no one showing up, and no one even calling to let me know they were not coming. I called them, and the work was re-scheduled for October 26th.On that re-scheduled day one of the workers came at the appointed time and told me they were there to do the roofing. That was the last time anyone from Heritage Roofing spoke with us during or after completion of the project. As they attacked the roof, the workers were extremely careless, rough and unnecessarily loud. Instead of laying heavy objects (such as stacks of shingles) down on the roof, they would toss them down very loudly--with so much force that a kitchen light appliance cover was knocked off and fell to the floor. All through the day no one ever came to the door to explain what they were doing or how the project was coming along. The workers were so rough and careless that in working around skylights, many pieces of material fell through to our floors, especially in one bathroom whose floor was covered with black material. After they stripped off the old roofing materials, they began to attack the application of the new materials. Another indicator that this was a less than quality job was when I went out to our garage and noticed many small bits of wood covering our vehicles. An hour or two later, the debris in our garage included many more pieces of wood that included larger "shards" of wood from one to four inches long. I looked up at the wooden roof with a flashlight and saw that these pieces had been knocked out of the wooden roof planks. The tar paper or felt of the roofing material could clearly be seen. Additionally I saw points of nails that had come through the roof planks. Apparently, nails were used that were too long--so long that they came through the roof planking. We have had our roof replaced twice before, and never had we experienced anything like this. Then when I looked up at the skylight over the hall bathroom, there were strips of paper sticking out under the frame. Moreover, the quality coated brown exhaust turbines we had on the roof were replaced by some cheap-looking, garish white aluminum ones, and two of the four were installed crookedly. We are too senior to get up on the roof, but from the ground it looks as if some of the shingles edges are not in a straight line and that some corner ones are folded over.Activity continued to a second day, October 17th (as before no one came to the door). After a couple of hours we heard the work noise stop; the workers left; no one contacted us for a report, inspection or approval. The added damage to all this was a fee of more than $14,000! As of the end of November, no one from Heritage Roofing had contacted us--either for an inspection or for payment. I tried to look on the internet for the Heritage web site, but it had disappeared. That was our experience with Heritage roofing.

This company did work for my elderly dad less than a year ago. We are selling the home and prior to closing, inspector finds soft spots! I attempted to contact owner of this co. after receiving his contact info from the initial inspector who recommended them. After several attempts, I finally speak to Antonio who immediately puts on record that his guys would never shingle over bad decking. (Sure pal!) He also said someone heavy must've stepped on it and broke it. Well this fictitious heavy dude is one hell of a long jumper cause there's soft spots (some of them huge) all over that damn roof! His words were "we're working on a plan and I'll get back with you". Haven't heard from him since. Was hoping for maybe "perhaps we can work something out. I may have to charge you, but we can definitely work with you". Instead I get shadyness and non-answers. It makes me wonder what kind of markings I'll find under the shingles cautioning his guys of the soft spots. You know what really sucks, if they had told my dad he needed new decking, he would have paid to get it done! And just for the record, I also put blame on the insurance adjuster. I am currently looking for roofers for my personal home. Guess who I won't even consider...
