My best advice is to skip over this one (and Good Samaritan bought them out)because they were the worst of the worst. I was a 24/7 personal caregiver from Hospice Homecare without borders. For a year prior, we had a "model"Hospice agency, until they changed staff and that went down hill, so I knowwhat great service is! Pallative care after a hospital stay chose these yahoos. Ifyou know about hospice care, you know that, routine, schedules, familiarity, and staff recognition are the most important factors of hospice care services.I gave the "first day team", a complete notebook, (a copy of my own I use) ofall medications/uses and schedules, a color coded weekly chart of all medicalstaff, nurses, weekly helpers, equipment and supply deliveries, EVERYTHING!In 6 weeks, they only came by 3 times. They never scheduled medications, wehad to call and wait for somebody to run to a local pharmacy. They actuallytold us that from Friday at 4:30 till Monday at 8:30 they do not exists. Theywere right about that. I don't know what they were doing, it wasn't HOSPICE! We called Presbyterian ASAP!

We can't thank Heritage Healthcare enough. They are like a team of angels. From Shauna, Lanie, Laura to Nan and I apologize for names I may not have logged. These people care about your loved ones well being beyond anything else. To say they've gone above and beyond is an understatement. They are a magical team of angels that care for our community and we are so grateful for all of you.

The worst part of using Heritage was dealing with the staff to arrange for caregivers, It is not user friendly and they were usually not happy to help. The caregivers were often lazy, and poorly trained. Once I arrived home to find the caregiver in my recliner relaxing while my husband was on his walker at the other end of the house. We did have one terrific caregiver over a 6 month period. (Lucky)

Horrible service!!! Despicable. I would give them a zero star. They don't provide the services they claim to give. My grandma is constantly left without a caregiver at night. The day time staff always leaves her house a mess. Such a disappointment, especially since this service is expected to help those who need help the most.

This place is terrible! My mother used this service and they wouldn't bill for months and months at a time. When she realized her bill was too much for her to afford, they hired these cutthroat scumbag attorneys, who forced her into bankruptcy and are continuing to harass a woman with a brain injury.Use Ambercare or Home Instead. These people are leeches.

This homehealth company is awesome!, my relative had a stroke and when I called their number a guy named Justin gave me peace of mind that he will send a nurse ASAP within 24 hours!, the clinicians were very professional and respectful of my relative and because of their teamwork my relative is able to walk again without any assistive device! we will definitely recommend this homehealthcare agency!

There are some good people at this company but when one therapist takes advantage of the patient by stealing - you had better have proof as the company does NOT take care of their client, your goods are gone and they do not reimburse!
