Dr. Moore is amazing!!!I was involved in a bad car accident that totaled my car. He took charge of my care at that moments notice and dedicated 3 visits a week to treat me. Dr. Moore took X-rays, did very gentle stress testing, and gave me hands on personal care from day one. Every visit I was personally seen and evaluated by Dr. Moore and his nursing staff was outstanding. I was able to reach a full recovery and I feel like I did the day before the car accident. Heights Chiropractic and Sports Medicine is a small practice of highly skilled Chiropractors. I've been working with Dr. Jacqueline Carlisle for about a month, and it has made a big difference in joint mobility and pain improvement. She is a talented manual Therapist with a multifaceted approach to treatment. I value a good manual therapist, and can attest to her knowledge and skill, as a physical therapy practitioner myself. One thing I really like, is that she will address multiple concerns in a single session. In my experience, not all chiropractors will do this, unless they are specifically treating referred pain presentations. She will provide manual adjustments, as well as utilizing an activator (tool) for stubborn trigger points. I'm very pleased with the entire team at Heights Chiropractic, and will continue to seek treatment at their practice. Another thing to note, is that they accept insurance. Thank you Dr. Carlisle!

Felt more like a number than an important patient. The Dr didn't seem to listen very well. Just seemed to be going through a routine. After treatment I felt better... for few steps outside the office. Then I was back to barely walking. They wouldn't get me back in even though I was 40 ft from the front door. Additionally, they over charged for the copay on the visit and now I have to wait for a copy of the EOB from my insurance to prove it. Though they were able to get me an appointment quickly, I should have kept looking.

Dr Carlisle is gentle and accommodating. Wish it wasn't such a long trip for me. Will return soon
