These guys really know feet and the best shoes out there to help keep them healthy. Years ago, I had bunion surgery on one foot, and don't want to have to do that again. The staff here was so helpful that I only buy my running shoes from them. Other places don't have the expertise as those who work here. While I've bought shoes from both of their stores, I am partial to this location. It feels homier; maybe it seems like the guys here have more time for you. I can't say enough good things about Heart & Sole.

Need shoes for an upcoming 1/2 marathon I'll be running. Everything else i had is well worn and can't provide the necessary support. Enter Heart & Sole. It's loaded with stuff runners and/or walkers could need. The shoe area has a huge number of styles from most running shoe manufacturers. We were assisted by a young man who was a runner. As a matter of fact most employees are runners, so there's some experience to go with the sale. I found shoes that will fit my needs. Bonus - they were on sale.

My podiatrist referred me here with a request for a certain shoe insert. I bought a pair of Brooks sport shoes to use with the inserts and my back pain is pretty much resolved.

Unfortunately I felt like a huge inconvenience in this store. A worker blocked the doorway to ask what I was in the market for, I said I was shopping for my son and she she replied (a little too quickly) "we don't have many kid's items" ... ooookay. I made a feeble little gesture towards the clothes to the left and replied he's actually 17 and a men's large. Then she did finally kind of step aside and invite me to look around. It's a small store and if I wasn't running into the younger male worker around every corner I was in someone else's way. The 3rd employee/manager (?) was having a personal conversation at the counter and made no effort to make room for me to check out. Two other people were setting up tee shirts for an upcoming run on a table in the middle of the shoe isle. No one in the store smiled, made eye contact or apologized for getting in each others way - it's was very claustrophobic and a little chaotic. It was just an off vibe.

Always a great value for any size. Excellent service and great deals. They have what you need.

The REAL DEAL if you need running shoes. Or really if you need any quality athletic shoe, specialty socks, or CUTE NM athletic gear. I did not realize the legit experience I was getting myself into when I stopped by this store. This is a very professional shoe fitting experience. Some tips for the newcomer to this shopping experience: Wear clothing you can actually run in. Come ready to have someone smell your feet as they size and fit shoes for you. Put on your confident emotions because you will walk as someone watches to evaluate your gait (not in a creepy way). This store was intimidating for me and I am a casual runner. I cannot imagine if I was just getting into exercising and visited this store. Just a note to the ownership - small talk skills and louder music would do this location wonders in bringing in more customers. I loved the hands on customer service, but running on a public treadmill in a store environment almost made me die of embarrassment. I do believe the embarrassment will be worth it in the quality fit and individuality of the shoe fitting experience. I did not tell the sales representative that my chiropractor has told me many times that my hips are off balance causing my back to overcompensate when I run - he always suggests I go to regular alignments - although I rarely follow his recommendations. Any way, the sales representative filmed me jogging on the treadmill to determine my running shoe needs. AND sure enough he identified my hip issue and found shoes to support me. I am so excited to start on this new running journey in my life! Thank you!!!!

I've heard of Heart & Sole forever. It is constantly recommended, but I never bit the bullet or wanting to go in. I went in because post-pregnancy foot changes had me wanting to workout but nothing feeling good on my feet. It was great! I got fitted for a new shoe, size, and inserts for my shoes. I've now been using my athletic shoes for working out a month and they are great! I also bought a pair of Hoka boots for hiking. They feel so different than your traditional boots that I wear daily for work, much more comfortable, but we'll see how they hold up and wear after daily hiking this coming year.

This store was recommended by a friend. I needed something to help me with my foot issues. We talked and it seemed like our issues were somewhat similar. I decided to give them a call and order, since I'm from out of state. I spoke with Wesley and he was so patient, kind and helpful. I had so many questions and he made sure to answer everything and put me at ease. I'm so happy these arch supports help me and did not cost an insane amount of money. I bought two Hocker Naumans for myself and the Itty Bitty Bonz for my son. For three items, I paid less than what one custom arch support would cost. We both feel better after using these arch supports. The arch supports fit in my wedges, too! How cool is that? Such a small item, but so powerful. Fits so comfortably in any shoe.

All staff at heart and soul sports are highly knowledgeable. I have gone there for many years and am happy customer.
