Head 2 Toe Studio

I was first introduced to head 2 toe studios on base for spouse appreciation day and everyone was very nice even the owner was easy to talk too. But then I went to the shop on Thursday 5/30/19 again great service I even got waxed (had wax left on my face and in my hair),and eyelashes. The only negative I have to say is my eyelashes only lasted 4 days Not the 2 weeks like I was told. I have called numerous times trying to get ahold of someone but have yet to speak to someone.

I'm in town for a conference and broke a nail when I arrived. I called the studio to see who could help. Felicia was so amazing. She took me as soon as i got in the shop. She was extremely welcoming and so knowledgeable about nails. O wish I lived here because she's an amazing tech. My nails look amazing and I know where to go when I come back.

The studio is beautiful and relaxing, I fell asleep getting these beautiful eyelashes done. They talk you through the whole process and have plenty of different services.

I accompanied my mom on her visit to Head to Toe, she had read about a killer deal on Facebook for extensions with the Lash artist by the name of Janelle. The shop is located next to old town, featuring a fun and hip new wave salon. The salon offerings hair care, nail care, and lash enhancements. Janelle is exuberantly friendly with a great smile, positive attitude, and professional demeanor, and she is one busy lady! We arrived at 10AM and within the 30 minutes the appointment lasted she had another client waiting in the wings and managed to do maintenance on two other guests all while working on my mom as well...multi-tasker extraordinaire! She even offered me a cookie...probably because I was semi well behaved!! The treatment was very affordable in comparison to some other places around the city, less than $45 for the treatment, and less than $25 for a fill. Although I don't necessarily need lash extensions myself, I may just have to make an appointment with Janelle to see what all the fuss is about, and get my nails done too!! Remember to make an appointment and fast because her schedule is filling up quicker than you can bat an eye lash!!

Try to get an appointment for over a month with Vanessa when it finally comes the day of the appointment she cancels without any notice been waiting for over a month so ask when there will be time get completely rude response. Try to tell her that that is no way to handle customers and that if she wants people to continue to come to her maybe you should think about customer service. Was told I was the one with the attitude after waiting a whole month will never go to the salon will never recommend to anybody and will continue to post on Facebook and let people know not to come here. Bad vibes

I am very very disappointed in this place & Michelle. Before my appointment here I had nice strong natural nails that were polished with gel. I wanted a change of pace so I decided to give this place a try. Huge mistake!! My nails are now cracked & splitting. I am sure that all of my nails will need to grow out & regrow before they become strong again. I have never ever had my nails break, crack & split. This all happened within a week. First one cracked within 2 days. I asked Michelle at the time why she was using a grinder type tool on my nails. She used to loosen gel & cuticles. However she totally destroyed my nails!! She did not even polish evenly & I had to ask her to polish the sides & tips which were missing polish. Horrible place. Stay far away. Owners baby running around with a stick, other patron was watching something on her phone, blaring it loudly they thought it was cute. Very unprofessional group of people.

I purchased a Groupon to this place services only available by Erica C. I purchased a haircut and balayage. Erica contact me to redeem my Groupon before services so she can book me an appointment. This was the first time I was asked to redeem a Groupon prior to services being rendered. I contacted Groupon they said don't ever do that! I trusted her too much I guess. I should have known she was scammer because she asked me for a screenshot of the deal the Groupon said expires 10/26 she said she couldn't get me in until 10/27 was her reason to redeem. Anyhow, long story short she argued with me and told me she would only refund me half my cost since that's all Groupon gave her. She was unprofessional and I am GLAD to have not gone to her. In my opinion, she is a scammer, and I would not recommend her to anyone save your money and go somewhere legitimate!

I called on a Monday and made an appointment for the following day at 3 for a pedicure. I showed up and told someone at the front I had an appointment. She did not seem to care and went to the back. I sat for over 15 minutes and waited. Then I finally went to the back and asked if I was going to be helped. The girl that I first spoke to was there but didn't say anything. I guess the owner was the one that started talking to me and she said I didn't have an appointment. She eventually found me for the following week. I wouldn't have booked it three since I will be out of town. She said no one else could help me so I left and will not be returning.
