Customer relationship & service is awesome. The in store presence is really nice and as soon as you walk in there's a big welcome. Almost nonexistent today.

I ve gone, here for years, 1st of all, always a pleasant experience, Great Staff, and Service! recently, a number of visits, to help me, resolve, a problem I had, and worked with Ronny, Great Experience! so Attentive, Personable, Knowledgeable and Charismatic! additionally Staff Members, offered "input" as well, Great to See! I have given this business about $1500 in the past few months with a watch and a ring repair. I went in last week and sold them some jewelry that I no longer wear. I got decent prices for them, and they cut me a check. I was asked not to cash the check that day, but to wait to the following day, due to an unspecified issue. I cashed the check then the next day, Saturday. When I checked my banking online on Tuesday, I saw that their check had BOUNCED and I had a returned check fee. I went over to Harris Jewelers with proof of the bounced check and return fee. They offered a new company check or a personal check, that was "good as gold". I declined both offers and asked for cash only. I went with the owner to their bank, and they me got cash for the full amount of the bounced check and my return fee. I received an apology, but somehow it just did not seem real sincere.Additional Note to Owner:The purpose of Yelp is a public forum to share our experiences, good or bad. The fact is this happened and it shouldn't have. I'm not here to put you down. I'm here to share that this business wrote a check that bounced. End of story. And by the way it would go a long way as a business owner to take accountability and not argue with loyal customers. You have now officially lost my business. Reputation is everything in this town! I dealt with a very sweet woman, (cannot recall her name I apologize) we were both admiring a 14 karat gold lion ring with a diamond in his mouth. The staff there is so friendly and honest and they answer all of your questions right away. I went in with two pieces of jewelry I inherited, both of them, are 14 karat yellow gold so it was nice to confirm that that they were real will definitely be going back. I did end up purchasing a ring I had no intention of buying but I'm very happy with it. Thank You

Harris Jewelers is the best around. I take all my jewelry there to be fixed and polished along with my husbands and adult kids. They are so honest and loyal. They remember you like you remember them. They fixed my husbands watch and didn't have time to set it because it's a complicated watch and Mark wanted to look it up online to set it which was extremely nice but my husband could do that. They go above and beyond. If you haven't been please go and just try it.

My initial review expressed disappointment, but now I am grateful and very pleased that this small, local business has done the right thing to correct a problem. Few businesses read their Yelp reviews and respond so quickly to complaints and make things right again. I now trust Harris Jewellers to make sure all customers leave happy.

Gina, Randi, and Ronny are just incredible, as is everyone at Harris Jewelers. Exceptional craftsmanship combined with five-star, gracious customer service...why go anywhere else?? I inherited a great deal of truly antique (100+ years since being hand made) making repairs very sensitive. From resizing, repair, or just cleaning, all my family treasures have been treated with delicate hands. Just picked up my father's sterling silver bracelet made 80+ years ago and showing every year of its history. It's been replated, polished, sized, and re-engraved. I was skeptical it would survive, but it now just looks like a bottle of fine wine that's aged well. The love the staff here brings to their craft is very apparent, and if they can't help me with whatever I need, I guess I don't need it! If you want a no-pressure experience if you're buying or exquisite craftsmanship if you need a repair, go no further than Harris Jewelers. Tell them Lempi sent you...my rescue mutt who is welcomed with lots of scratches and treats. A very dog-welcoming shop for my well-trained, quiet, loverboy. And that's the cherry on top! Just love these folks...and you will, too!!

This beautiful jewelry store has enticed us many times and I love every exquisite piece of jewelry they have. We have shopped here for years and we love our special lady Julie. She gets as excited as we do when we pick a new piece. I proudly wear many gorgeous pieces from Harris. We even have the same name. It was meant to be!.

I bought a watch band at an estate sale, it was marked 14k, I took it to Harris jeweler, they tested it and weighed it, and offered me a check of approximately $1150.00 ,, she warned me that that offer would only stand till the close of the business day!! I felt pressured, and declined the offer. I then took the piece to crown coin and jewel, on San Mateo, they did the same check, and offered me $1671, in cash. Had I taken the first offer, I would have lost $500.00.
