It's the same as other chains, the product is the same as is the store's lay out. The difference once again comes down to the employees. Of all the times we have stopped here we've never had a unsatisfactory experience. From the manager on down. Of course the manager has a lot to do with employee attitudes towards customer service. For me it's worth the extra drive to get here.

This location is nice and convenient to my home. I have been to other locations in the city and this one is just as well stocked as those. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you find things. There is lots of parking out in front and there is security around.

My last experience at this store was during COVID when we all had to wear masks. At least one store employee was sloppy and even bumped into me at this location. My friend had the same experience. We both stopped going to this store.

Love this place. One of the larger Harbor Freights in Albuquerque which means more of a selection of products. I have found items at this store that other Harbor Freight stores in Albuquerque do not have. There is security outside the front door which tells me there is a shoplifting issue at this store. Getting to the store from Central is now more complicated with the new bus system.

I recently received a mailing from Harbor Freight that advertised disposable gloves for sale by the hundred pack. I called to see if I could do a bulk buy and donate them to a local hospital. The people there had already donated their entire stock to Health Care providers. BRAVO! And thank you so much for being a company trying to help during this crises. I always like shopping here anyway. The people working there have been unfailingly helpful and efficient. So stay well everyone.

Purchased a spray and it does not work. I took it back, no refund, no store credit, nada. I will never shop there again.

Why did you stop selling hearing aid batteries?! Keep them in a safe if you're worried about them being stolen. You were the only physical business that sold hearing aid batteries at a bargain price!

First time at this store. We were searching for some items that we couldn't find at the big box stores. The customer service at Harbor was exceptional. They happened to be staffed by people from the Edgewood store while we were there. They were just great. Asked if we needed a basket and went to get it for us. We were able to find everything we needed. A well organized and stocked store. We will choose to go there before HD or Lowes.
