There are back packs and booties to protect your furry friend while accompanying you on your hike. Of course there are back packs, walking sticks of all sizes, clothing, shoes, hydration and gadgets to help make your hike enjoyable. Don't know where to go? They have local hiking guides, how to books and a cook book or 2 plus the utensils to eat your culinary offerings. Prices are comparable to the big box stores yet you can shop local. Bonus - the owners are on site, happy to be there and helpful. It may seem of place, but it fits right in.

Best store in the area! Great staff, prices are spot on and there is a ton of selection to choose from. We will be back...probably today.

Wow - I love this place! They are so helpful and have a great selection of hiking gear. We visited a year ago for the balloon festival and loved the Cotopaxi backpacks that are all original. I called up to see if they had any with my favorite color purple and they texted me pics and mailed the one that I liked. Fantastic customer service!!
