Happy Feet

I got my custom orthotics here over 5 years ago. It was on the pricier side but totally worth it. I was having pain shooting up the top of my feet when walking and almost all shoes became uncomfortable. With the orthotics, my pain went away. I am able to go back and get my inserts adjusted or remade as much as needed. I can walk in, state where or how the inserts are bothersome, and have them adjusted. Or I can get another imprint done.The gentleman that does the inserts knows me when I walk in. He knows I work in Healthcare and do a lot of walking.The insert did make me go up a size in shoes, some shoes 2 sizes

I forgot how great it is to have someone help you find the right shoe. Friendly, well-informed staff. They also can make the hard orthotics, which last forever and really help if you have plantar fasciitis. Worth the time to get the right shoe.

Kelly was extremely attentive to my needs. The shoe choices are great and I got everything I needed. Sneakers. Hiking boots. Low heels and orthotics. My feet feel great!

The owner of this establishment js incredibly disrespectful to his employees. I went to try to find a new pair of shoes for work. I walked in and was greeting by a nice lady. She showed me their selection but i was unable to pay that day. A tall man came out from the back and i over heard him griping at her about how she "handled me". He talked down to her in front of me and a couple of other customers in the store! I was shocked. What kind of manager talks to his employees like that? I felt that they had done a great job. He seemed to be only interested in making a sale and makimg his employees feel awful. So, i eventually ordered my shoes from Kelly, when they came in, they werent even the pair i had paid $145 for. ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE DOLLARS. idk about the people reading this review, but who has $145 to throw away on a pair of shoes they DIDN'T WANT? The rude owner said they would split up getting my $ back AND I HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS!!! If you choose to visit this establishment, i hope you are rich and dont care about losing money. Good luck.

Went in to go get feet looked at due to having knee problems for the longest time. I used their test orthotic and felt relief instantly. The pricing is very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and come here before going and looking at more expensive options. The orthotic I got can be used in almost any shoe.

Great custmer service and I would recommend them to anyone for their kindness they showed to my Dad when he needed it!

DO NOT GO HERE. Find anywhere else to get your feet needs taken care of. Happy feet is run like a fly by nigh,t hit or miss kind of, bad service, whole in the wall. If you are able to use a computer and can do your own research you are ten times better off, or scheduled an appointment with a Dr and get real help. Happy feet is also crazy over priced, and will not work with if their product does not work and fight you every step of the way as to not refund your money.
