Service guys are so nice and knowledgeable. Ladies know it can be difficult to get good service for our cars.. honest upfront reliable. Wonderful customer care and best of all affordable if you drive a foreign car. Literally half the price of Mercedes service and double the value. Won't take my car anywhere else.

Hans whittlers was very helpful. They offered to give a ride home and pick up fir customers who are waiting for car service. The employees were very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind. They are honest about the car issues and repairs as well. They were very communicative and answered any questions we had. Recommended!

I did not go to Hans Wittler because they don't service my model car. However, I give them 4 stars for courtesy. They called back to tell me this and suggest where I should go. That speaks of honesty & integrity. Wish I could go there. Thx, guys.

Benefits of Working with Hans Automotive rather than Mercedes Authorized DealersLower Investment Costs: Thankfully, authorized Mercedes Benz repair shops are cheaper and just as qualified in repairing your Mercedes Benz, making them the more cost-effective option.Authentic Parts: It is important that you solicit only the best authentic Mercedes Benz parts when repairing your car. Therefore, authorized Mercedes Benz specialists ought to purchase Mercedes Benz parts from an official Mercedes Benz dealer rather than third-party dealers.Faster Turn Around: Save you the hassle, and time, authorized Mercedes Benz repair shops should aim to be quick, convenient and economical. This is in contrast to official Mercedes Benz dealers who are overwhelmed with the workload resulting in much slower turn around.

The best service anywhere! I feel sorry for you if you don't have a german car so you can experience the expertise and outstanding customer service here!I took my car in because the battery light came on and I was planning to take it on a long trip. I had no appointment but had hoped that they could look at it and see if I needed service. They did way more than that! They asked me to come in the next day and they would make sure that my car would be OK for the trip. A spare battery was ordered (just in case) and the next day, it was installed and they even found time to change the oil. All without interfering with their already FULL scheduled day!

These guys are super good. I've had them diagnose a few issues and get right to the source of the problem. No guessing, no throwing parts at it. Just solid and honest repair service.

I have been a faithful customer for many years. They took impeccable care of my BMW and now my 2017 Mercedes CLA 250. I love that they take photos of any work needed or done. Prices will not be beat. I have And will continue to refer this shop! They are first class all the way!

I can't begin to explain the dissatisfaction I experienced when my BMW740i was towed into Hans' shop this past February '21. I gave specific explanations as to what happened and subsequently how I had run the battery down, so that would have to be charged first before being able to get a reading on the codes. They took 3 days to get it charged. And, instead of really checking codes, calling me before diving in, or anything else, like looking under the hood! They proceeded to disassemble the steering column and then ask for more $$ to diagnose the problem. I thought they were the correct place based on the Yelp reviews... I had it towed to Sam (great guy) at German Precision Auto. After the tow guy informed me that he had to wait for it to be reassembled (which I wasn't aware), the real problem was basically a broken belt (missing) and quite easily visible under the hood, fixed in a jiffy and no charge for 'diagnosing' the problem. I've been back to Sam multiple times for various other small things for my 20 y/o Beamer and I love Sam! I will never go back to Wittler's. I believe they delete/change the reviews or something because it wasn't the first time others have experienced troubles there m, which I've discovered after I had already fallen to 'bum' service and non-loyal uneducated mechanic work there.

We have taken our vehicles (2010 BMW 335Ix, 2015 Audi Q5) to Hans Wittler's for a couple of years now. They have great mechanics and stand behind their work. We had a mix up on oil filter sizes and they worked with us and made everything right...great integrity. Hard to find shops that perform stellar work and don't gouge you. Every city I have lived I have sought out that great repair shop you can trust...Hans Wittler is Albuquerque's choice hands down.
