Is it too cliche to say that Musti is a must? Whatever. I'll say it anyway! This was my first time getting my hair done by him and he was even better than I expected! And that says a lot because he came very highly recommended by friends who I really trust!I went in today for a cut and highlights. The salon is super cute and relaxing, in true New Mexican style. They also have a boutique in the middle of it so that you can shop while your color sets. How freaking fun is that?I can honestly say this is the best cut and color I've ever had. It's been soooo long since I've said what I wanted and gotten exactly that. It was so refreshing and this "me time" was exactly what I needed.Musti is seriously a hair genius and ridiculously affordable for the Albuquerque market. I'm done searching for a stylist. No one else is touching this hair!

Excellence in hair cutting, for sure.71 years old. Three hairdressers in my adult life. One in Western Massachusetts, one in New Hampshire, one in New Mexico. Stick straight hair. So many failed haircuts until I found each of my princes. I called the salon and described what I needed - a person skilled with straight hair, which is not forgiving - no curls to hide little cutting errors. I was advised to try Musti. My first haircut was beyond all expectations, but I waited until the second to post my review. It was even better than the first. Musti listens and asks questions, something not usual in my experience. I can only tell you that if you are picky about your haircut, you will find no one better than Musti.

I just recently moved here in New Mexico and was Hesitant in trying new hair salons to do my hair ( bleach/ tone) I have been doing my hair in California. My reason of choosing this location compared to others is because of course the great reviews. Therefore I made the right choice coming here and getting my hair done, the environment is great, my stylist is great ( knew exactly what I needed/wanted), and I am happy to continue having my hair done here. Great place!

I had an appointment last month, first appointment here. I am a senior citizen with curly/wavy hair. I asked for my hair to be cut a specific way and wanted it super layered. The stylist/owner said she understood. Ten minutes or less she was finished to my amazement as my hair needed a good cut! I waited this long to write a review as my hair seemed to be in shock. But that was not the case; just a bad hair cut! And my hair is no longer curly! In all my years of getting my hair cut, this is the worst cut I've ever had - and for this high of a price which I never paid so much for ever! I would not recommend this salon to anyone! I urge you not to go here! I do not want to give my name or email. This may discredit my review but I do not want any feedback-

Anna is amazing! She has been a fill-in hairdresser while mine is on maternity leave. I have short bleached blonde hair with a pixie cut and she has not Disappointed!

Horrible experience, petm did not hold at all. 3 stars because They did refund a portion and apologized.
