Hacienda Spa at Los Poblanos

The atmosphere was amazing. So beautiful. However, when I asked my massage therapist if she massaged one side throughly like she did the other side- she got a little defensive and made it's a point several times to point out " I forgot that she did." It was unfortunate- although her tone was seemingly polite her words were not. Her passive aggressiveness was a big turn off. I was sent a survey monkey asking for follow up from the manager - unfortunately no one called me.I don't think I will return.

Wow, what an experience! I had a friend visiting from out of state and had royally messed up a set of reservations at Betty's Bath and Day spa. So I spent most of the day before dialing around for reservations (which, over Labor Day weekend, were not easy to come by). Enter Hacienda Spa at Los Poblanos. Probably due to their relative newness, they had spots for massages and for facials available the next day! Yay!! They really came through. Once we arrived the next day, every staff member showed up to make the experience luxurious and memorable. The massage was epic, and the facial was sooooo relaxing. We also had a quick break between the two appointments to have lunch and grabbed sandwiches at the general store on the premises. Tasty and relaxing!!Start to finish, we enjoyed every second. The services are $$$$$, but I think the service level justifies it. Thank you for saving the weekend and actually improving on the experience we would have had at the other spa. We will definitely be back!!

Great chill place to chat and have great drinks. Expect Santa Fe prices for the drinks.

Beautiful spa that offers a lovely experience. Easy to set an appointment. I say arrive early and take in the grounds of this historic property. The spa staff is friendly and the rooms are simple and relaxing. I'm the clean and comfortable locker area a robe and slippers wait for you. Grab tea before your treatment. I had a massage and Tatiana did an amazing job. Best massage/spa in town.

Went with my Mother and had the best time such a beautiful place can't wait to go back.

It's beautiful and glorious and expensive...however...they sold me a product that was expensive and terrible...right when I was vulnerable and trusted the clinician.A $50 product tossed. Grrrrr.
