I was so happy to see my friends at GREENVIEW MEDICAL CLINIC yesterday. I have been getting a Medical Cannibus card since 2015...Finding Greenview was a dream come true. I had been to a couple of creepy places and was so relieved to find these great folks. They are so welcoming and professional!! Dominic and Monica are not only genuine good people, they are organized and educated in the ways of a sometimes crazy cannibus world! Thank goodness for Greenview Medical Clinic...they take all the anxiety out of applying/or renewing a Cannibus Card...AND they make you feel right at home doing it. Thank you for putting up with this hyper, blabber mouth old lady! I love you guys. You da very best! If you need a cannibus card for any reason, CALL GREENVIEW! You'll be glad you did.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Greenview. Professional, friendly and Monica really listened and explained the whole process. The whole appointment was such a pleasant experience.They followed up to make sure that everything went smoothly, which it did.

I could not have had a better experience, nicest Dr. and staff there is. Fast, professional, and very respectful of your problems. This was my second year using this business and will be back next year.

This place is really awesome... the first time I got a medical marijuana card was through NM brief relief and it was about $250 which is super steep! This place costed $45 for a renewal. Monica was very kind and easy to speak with... the entire process was really easy and fast. I did have an issue getting my usps number to pull up my application to see if it was to delivered to Santa Fe but Dominic was able to locate it and it was delivered!! Yes!! I am waiting patiently for my card and real excited. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

I called Greenview over three weeks ago to start the process for getting my MMJ card. First, the phone will not be answered "Greenview" in any way - a woman just answers "hello". I'm beginning to think it's her personal cell phone.In the three weeks since I called and gave permission for her to request my medical records, she has never called me. I finally called after a week and she said she had faxed the request but hadn't gotten a reply yet, and that she would call me back. She didn't.After two weeks, I called again and she had to check with my clinic and get back to me. That time she called back to let me know her fax hadn't gone through. She had no idea that it hadn't until I made her check, so a week was wasted with her not moving forward. Supposedly she faxed the request again, but here I am another week later with no forward motion and no communication from her.Someone who works with people who have PTSD and chronic pain should be more compassionate toward her prospective clients, and damn, just do the work! There are people suffering needlessly because she can't do her job properly.I absolutely would not recommend this "clinic" to anyone. Their ads say they're cheaper than Zia, but I'd much rather spend almost double Greenview's rate to know that the card will be arranged in a timely manner.So unprofessional!

Came in with my Doctors paperwork and the process was very comfortable. Found out my application was mailed the same day, NMDOH received it 2 days afterwards. The doctor was very professional and non judgemental. This place feels more like a legitimate location for medical assessment and recommendation, than a quick and easy card grab, which was a huge plus for me. Highly recommended.

I could not have had a better experience. I was a walk in, so it took a little longer to be seen, however that is what you should expect when there are people are ahead of you. When I was seen, Monica could not have been nicer or more helpful. She listened to my concerns and questions and was able to give me helpful information.As for the other reviewer who complained that the state hadn't received the application, all I can say is that when Monica gave me my paperwork, she showed me the postal tracking number and told me about how long it would take for the application to reach Santa Fe. I tracked the mail through the USPS site and it arrived right on time. I was completely satisfied with my experience and will recommend Greenview to anyone who asks. (I am still waiting for my card to arrive, so if there is a delay I know that it is on the department of healths end of things)

The hours aren't correct I stopped in at 3:30 and they are closed but listed as open till 4 I was approved at the center for a card and checked with the department of health according to them my application was NEVER received it's been 5 weeks so no card no money for the application and evaluation and the office is closed during listed business I did get a response on Yelp it was very defensive! First of all don't post hours if you can't adhere to them and I never stayed you stole my money I stayed I'm out the money at that time once it was resolved I would have updated my review, the matter has been resolved as of date but you are one of the most unprofessional businesses I've had the displeasure of dealing with

Initial visit to Greenview yesterday and great first impression! I went in to schedule an appt for card renewal, but was seen right away. Monica was very friendly and attentive. Will definately visit here again!
