Granite Passion

Great customer service. Reliable, honest and customer friendly businesses are hard to come by but Granite Passion did not disappoint. They worked with us to maximize the use from materials we were purchasing, showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Dustin was a great help and is very patient. He accompanied us to see the actual granite slabs that we would be purchasing and we never felt any sales pressure. Would definitely recommend Granite Passion!

I am laying in my bed as I have just returned from the hospital. I purchased a slab of granite from Granite Passion and paid extra for work to be done on the piece. I am an elderly person so I asked to have the completed work delivered for an extra charge of $100. I confirmed the price with 3 different salespersons. Today, 10/5/2019 the piece was delivered. I am not allowed to get out of bed so a friend of mine accepted the granite piece on my behalf. The delivery persons demanded a payment of $200. My friend said that I had given him $100, but they demanded $200. My friend negotiated a $150 payment which he paid out of his own pocket! I dragged myself out of bed cause my friend said that the piece looked beautiful and informed me of what had happened. When I looked at the piece the slab had not been cut as directed. I am furious that my friend had to pay $50 out of his pocket and that the company had delivered the piece uncompleted. How dare they take advantage of senior citizens. When I feel better I will call the Attorney Generals office and make a complaint.
